Our trip to Arby's tonight was much more pleasant than the last time. Pop was able to get his burger his way and my fried turkey sandwich was absolutely delicious. We were shocked at how quickly our food came out and it was correct for the way we had ordered it. It was a very nice place to stop for food this time and we will be back again.
8/09/24 8:55pm we just stopped here for a late dinner while traveling. Before going in we checked the lobby hours to make sure they weren’t about to close. The door said the lobby closed at 10pm, so we took our 3 young kids in to eat so we could get them out of the car for a bit. We ordered and the young guy cashier, who had zero emotion in his face the whole time, said “you want this to go right? Lobby is about to close.” I said, but the lobby is open until 10pm. He again said “it’s about to close.” I said the door says the lobby closes at 10pm today we checked it and wouldn’t have brought the kids inside otherwise. He then said “well we are about to clean the lobby.” We said fine we will go and had our kids go to the restroom while my husband and him finished the transaction. We had to remind him we needed cups. He then proceeded to go spray down all of the tables with cleaner so no one could sit at them. While waiting for our food a nice lady who we think was the supervisor came from the back and said let me clear a table for you. She cleaned one off for us and welcomed us to eat there. She was very kind and polite. We got our food and the order was wrong. We checked our ticket to find the cashier rang us up wrong and we were shorted a curly fry but it wasn’t worth the hassle to try and get anything additional. Then the ketchup dispenser was empty on both sides. We went to the counter multiple times for help and only once could we flag someone down.
Went one afternoon no one was there. There was three or four workers in the back. My fries were cold. I asked for a cheese cup sauce and didn’t receive it. My sandwich was poorly, put together and fell apart when I pulled the wrapper down and the workers are rude and act like it’s somebody else’s fault that they didn’t do something right.
Went through the drive thru & ordered Turkey sandwich and Fish with no cheese
Got home and I had cheese on my fish sandwich and something with onions and barbecue sauce. It sure wasn’t Turkey, lettuce and tomato so always check your order before you leave. I know better than to trust the folks in the drive thru but I didn’t check my order this time so it’s on me. This is the second time in less than 6 months. I won’t go back for a third time. Go right up the road to Gardendale for perfect service
Ah.. where to begin. This Arby’s doesn’t even deserve a star.. ok.. maybe just one star. Asked for a HOT HAM & SWISS ... they gave me some horrible sand which. And also; a roast beef and cheddar. We went inside and took them our food; and they gave up the SAME order. So, I’m not sure if that’s what they do... or if they didn’t understand our request. I just threw it out. I had lost my appetite by this point.

I was placing my order in the drive thru with a male worker. When I got to my 3rd meal to order a female worker started interrupting me while I was ordering and started yelling asking questions before I could finish a sentence. She kept trying to rush me before I could finish my order. She was not at the window when I paid. I had ordered 3 large meals and only received 2 fries.
One of my favorite Arby locations. Always staffed approximately with great attitudes and efficient. The dining room is roomy and clean that has a great layout. I also like how the drink station has plenty of room. If you are a local always keep an eye out for coupon mailers.
Roast beef was raw chicken was raw in middle shake was awful manager was rude argumentive when I called to let them know she literally hung up on me awful experience for this location, eaten here for 16 years
