Really disappointed after our last visit. Usually the food is so much better but it was awful this time, and we bought almost $50 worth. Our chicken sandwiches were absolutely dripping with mayonnaise, the buns were soggy with it. The tomato slices were paper thin and soggy as well. They forgot our sauces so we ate all the roast beef sandwiches dry. The two large fries were SO stale and gross. So frustrating and disappointing for a family on the go with no time to go back and fix it.
Y’all advertise “fresh” and good food but EVERY time I come here the fries are hard as a rock and old!!! Disgusting I won’t be returning
Man!, quality along with customer service has really gone out the window. Long gone are the days of good affordable fast food with a smile. Instead bad attitudes and questionable food quality. Curly fries aren't even curly anymore. The meat seems overly salty. 1 star because I can't put 0!
One of the better Arby's that I have been to. It was kept well, and the servers were very friendly and welcoming. I got the Good Burger 2 meal (strawberry shake, fries, and burger), and it was genuinely enjoyable. In the past, I haven't been a huge Arby's fan, but this place surprised me.
Curly fries were cold, hard as a rock and just plain disappointing. I asked for Arby's sauce and they put none in my bag. I guess there is a reason this location never seems to have ANY business. Go to a different Arby's if you actually want a tasty meal.
My wife and I went through the drive thru. The guy at the window acted like we were bothering him when we pulled up to the speaker. Food was nasty, cold, and they never asked if we wanted any sauce. The lights on the drive thru menu weren't even on.
Service was quick but the food tasted like old cardboard :( I love Arby’s but this place just did not live up to the staple.
Missing my curly fries and my roast beef sandwich had no bun just meat in a box ridiculous
