Arby’s North Oak and Barry Rd
This Arby’s has good handicap parking close to the building but could use some more parking spots as there are a few stores in the small parking area.
Upon walking up to the building an employee immediately in an accusatory tone asked me why I was taking pictures and video. Had she been polite I would have told her but ….she was not. Then she quickly moved to the counter speaking loud enough that I could hear her at the front door “ there some guy taking pictures and videos of the building and he won’t tell me why”
Upon reaching the counter I believe a manager assisted me - prompt and courteous so I let her know I was doing.
She told the staff member, that people can take pictures and videos.
The food was great. Location good. Mgt excellent , staff attitude 0
Arby's beef and cheddar is always supreme. Their shakes are great as well.
Their brisket sandwich was surprisingly good for fast food. I didn't have high hopes for it, but it was one of the better sandwiches I've had lately!
Great place to go if you're craving a solid sandwich or shake.
Not my favorite. Since they took ham off the menu I don't care if I ever eat there again. But that's just me. The new hamburger.. is an expensive train wreck. It's Messer than a Big Mack and a Whopper combined and... Never cooked all the way. Pass.
Kyle and Jaylah are always really nice and remember my name. I use both the Arby's app, and coupons in store. This is a really nice Arby's. The Christmas decorations looks nice, too
Ok so I come here often, the new manager is rude to her employees, the district manager was in store and didn't even attempt to help out the employees. I get there are a couple of new people on the back line but you work with them and don't talk down to them.
I was just there and ordered the bacon ranch wagyu meal. After getting home, I discovered that there were no fries in the bag. So I paid $14 for a burger and a drink. Sad! Mr. Pesci was correct about what happens in the drive through.
I purchased a Kings brisket sandwich under the impression that a $9 sandwich was going to be pretty decent at the least. I recieved a completely smashed sandwich inside an undamaged box, I would have been ok with it if the thing had more than 2 slices of brisket on it.
Got there new sandwich and it was pretty amazing there drive through was fast and the lady that handed me our food was nice will go back
