Drive through order was small, included a sandwich - taste yummy, small order of the jalapeno poppers - hot tho not, medium curly fry.
Fries were gross, cold & soggy....drove back through, asked for fresh fries. Employee at drive though was asking like a bunch of questions, women came on just to pull through to window for the replacement.
Here is what we got;
The half empty container (Second Photo) was the replacement of the hot fries.
(I did return the old fries to Arby's for them to trash)
I recently dined at Arby's and was impressed by the high-quality food and cleanliness of the restaurant. The premises were well-maintained. However, I was disappointed by the rude demeanor of both the staff and the manager during my visit. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future to match the excellent food and environment.
I understand that sometimes they’re out of food items, but for an employee to call another employee delusional after he said “ they are in the process of making more”. The girl that answered the phone should not be working in any capacity of customer, service or fast food. For her to call another employee delusional for doing his job is uncalled for. This happened March 29 at 7:40 PM. I hope the general manager will see this and take proper action against that employee, and be grateful that the gentleman at the counter, that was very nice doesn’t file lawsuit for harassment
It’s fast food with fast food feel. The sandwich’s are a bit pricy buy have a lot of meat. Good tasting food. Good shakes. Quick drive through if you need to pick up something quick.
Ive never gotten exactly what I ordered the first time there. Guess I should thank them for promoting cooking at home. At least then I can pull an 18hr shift and get what I wanted the first time and still put more effort forth than they do. They deserve low pay.
They forget one of my sandwiches and I called. The manager had an attitude and was not apologetic at all. She was like are you coming to get it OK well see you when you come in. No customer service skills whatsoever. I won't come to this location anymore.
Door dash dident show up in their system manager was very rude
Absolutely could not hear the girl at the drive thru, kept asking her to speak up. Then order was pretty much all wrong and holy wow when did Arby's get so expensive?! I could have sat down and gotten a for real meal at the copper mug with a beer for the same amount. The beef and cheddar was so small I had to check my receipt to see if I had orders a kids meal.
