I love the Greek gyro and it's not on the list of recommendations so I'm making sure I mention it. The gyro and French dip are the only reason why I started going to Arby's. Not that the other food isn't good, I just never chose to go there when it was a option and now I go at least 2 to 10 times a month.
Placed an order online and when I got there I was pretty much the only car there. I live super close and when I got home all the food was cold. It tasted super old it was probably sitting there all day. The only thing that was fresh was a the jalapeño poppers but they didn’t even put the bronco berry sauce.
Out of ketchup, condiment station broken, mold on walls by bathroom, bathrooms worse than a truck stop area, dining room needed attention, mold or rust on drink machine. For prices being charged, I'd expect better thann this.
I posted the most recent photos. I'm not sure if that's how many fries come south a large but I feel shorter. I also ordered the le cordon blue with comes with ham. They replaced it with ground beef, which I'm not a big fan of. Y'all make sure to check your order before you take off. I should know better
Absolutely lazy. Placed an online order, arrived to get it. Walked into the restaurant, not one person in sight. Literally not one human around. Waited several minutes and wahla. Here comes the girl from her booth with her earbuds in, do you need something??? She said.
Not a hi, not a welcome in, not a kiss my big butt, zero. First time here and last. Pflugerville should be ashamed.
I had to drive 30 minutes to get to the nearest Arby's, but it was worthy. I had the brisket hamburger and it was so delicious that I had another one. The service was very friendly.The only thing that I would suggest is that the bathrooms need to be checked, because toilet paper and paper towels were out. Over all everything was great and I definitely will go back to explore the other options on the menu. ????????
Poor man was working by himself today, everyone no-showed and his general manager ignored his calls. MAJOR kudos to him still managing to work the front, drive-thru, kitchen and everything else. Not only that, but my food was still hot, crispy, and delicious. Arby's, please get this poor man some competent help.
Went to this location to try to get some dinner. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes. No one came and took my order so I left. Will never be back. If you continue doing this you will not have customers. Therefore, you will not stay in business for long. Now. I see why you have a 3.6 overall rating.
