Would give a negative star if I could! Husband and I ate a cold horrible meal here Saturday night. It's Monday & had to call into work due to still being ill from it! We are contemplating not eating here anymore. They claimed they were closing soon and it was 7pm! I'm pretty sure thay close later than that on a Saturday. They gave us food that has been sitting around for a while ,I'm pretty sure was prepared by day shift! Staff shortage is no excuse to serve people food that old! On top of that it cost around $30 for 2 meals! What a rip off!
Just a quick pickup of a mobile online order without any problems. My order was waiting on me when I came in, picked it up and was out in less than 1 minute!
The last 2 times I have been to this Arby’s the food and drinks have been awful. The pop is flat, fries are super old, potato cakes are old, telling me you can’t upsize a kids meal drink (but you can). My SIL is a GM of an Arby’s. I would rather sit in line waiting for fresh food then get served 2 hour old fries.
My husband ALWAYS orders xtra xtra xtra xtra onion on his roast beef sandwiches.... we never received it until last night! I even told them I'd pay for it. The staff was so friendly and helpful. This was around 9pm in the drive thru. Thanks night crew for making my husband's day after his surgery!! We will be back!
Ordered online and picked up the order. Had someone else in our family grab it due to convenience. Unfortunately, this person didn't check the order, and we ended up missing both AU Jus cups for the two French dips we purchased. Very disappointing, come back and get them, I was told. It's a 20 min drive one way to get there, not about to spend 40 min for something that should have been in the order in the first place. No other solution offered. We won't be returning.
Very clean modernized store. Helpful staff. Good experience.
