Went through drive-thru for lunch today and the service was excellent. Employees were friendly and efficient. Food was hot and fresh when we got home. Potato cakes are the best - please don’t take them away again.
The food is still good the problem is the serving and the cost. You get a 1/2 lb roast beef and it comes on a kid size bun…so tired of these companies tripling the prices and lowering the quality… hopefully these stupid liberals are voted out soon
Highly recommend for dine in and take out. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Even though they were short staffed, they still got my food in a decent amount of time.
John had and continuously has tremendous customer service. Not to mention, every time he's there, everything comes out hot fresh and in a timely manner. He's the best.
The food was delicious. Employees were very nice and friendly. I also like the little bell you ring when you walk if the service is good.
We visited Arby's around 9 pm with a large family order. Unfortunately, the cashier taking our order seemed impatient and irritated from the start. We politely explained that one member of our family has a severe dairy allergy. His response was dismissive, which made us feel unwelcome.
When we ordered roast beef sandwiches for the person with the allergy, he curtly informed us that the buns likely contain eggs. We clarified that eggs are not dairy, but his frustration seemed to increase. We then ordered additional roast beef sandwiches (without the allergy concern) and emphasized the need for careful handling to avoid cross-contamination. He responded with a scoff, stating they were "literally identical."
Despite our attempts to communicate clearly, the cashier's continued irritation made us feel rushed and uncomfortable. This ultimately led us to forgo part of our intended order.
Overall, this visit was a disappointing experience due to the lack of patience and attentiveness to our allergy concerns.
I don’t want to harm your score but I am slight disappointed, no sauce with French dip. She did ask if I wanted sauce which is on me for saying no, but I was referring to Arbys / horsey etc, of course I wanted the sauce that’s supposed to come with my over priced sandwich. I have worked for your company, you give the au jus dip with the sandwich by default, I should not have to ask for it.
Went through the drive through. Bought from the 3 for $5 menu. Good value and filling. Service was fast, which is what I needed at the time
