Stopped here for a quick bite, I was pleasantly surprised! The drive thru was very quick, the staff were extremely polite, food was hot and I left happy!
Only stopped in to just get a burger for the road but service was good and quick and my sandwich was well made. Can't go much off of the inside due to the fact that I use the drive-thru.
Arby's food was super good, cashier was nice & service was quick. There were a lot of tables that needed to be wiped down but probably short staffed like everywhere else.
The Super must have come in contact with kryptonite, it’s the exact same size as the regular roast beef..
The Brighton, MI Arby's is pretty much fantastic.
The orders are virtually always accurate. In the rare case there's an error, the staff is friendly and prompt in making it right. The staff is incredibly friendly.
Something that others may find discouraging is the occasional wait time. However, in my experience, this occurs only when they are making something hot and fresh. Definitely worth the wait, in my opinion ????
Arby's is second on my list of fast food options. Chik-fil-a is first. The brighton store is actually very nice and the staff are friendly.
I went through the drive through yesterday ordered a standard meal and gave then a coupon at the window. (I have done this several time at this location got YEARS). The girl at the window told me because I didn't mention the coupon at the window I would be forced to pay full price. The only solution was to drive through again and re-order. It seemed completely idiotic and almost like she just wanted to inconvience me since I didn't mention the coupon ahead of time. I declined to drive around and she refused to give me my food for the coupon price. I left without lunch and will not be returning. Horrible customer service. Most annoying part is I've never had to mention my coupon ahead of time.
The food was good, the restaurant was clean and the service was great!
