Can I just say moldy beef!!! Super gross I took a pic called them on the phone when I got there. They only were at first going to refund or replace the one sandwich we got 3 total all sandwiches were old beef with that unusual smell when u know it's bad. Food was old along w the fries. All room temperature. We took a total refund and got KFC instead let's say they rocked it way better.
I found three pieces of plastic in my roast beef sandwich, this is outrageous! This building has looked like a shitty dive bar for some time but this is unacceptable! I’ll never return here again.
Everytime I getbfood here, it's missing items or the incorrect items. Cheese cups are expensive and tiny but always missing. Can never get anyone to answer the phone either.
I stopped in the drive thru to pick up something for lunch while I am at work and ordered a roast beef Gyro with extra sauce and 6 piece mozzarella sticks. When I got to work, the gyro was dripping in sauce and the wrap part was falling apart. No seasoning on the gyro either. I have never had any issues before and so this came as a surprise. Also, it didn't taste like the gyro wrap had been heated. I warmed it up when I got to work cause I needed to eat.
This location has really went down hill, Arby's is one of my faves, but I keep getting disappointed with cold food not made correctly. Most recent visit, $15.92 wasted on smoked brisket meal, meat was room temp, bacon had raw texture, forgot sauce, and like 1 single onion straw. Basically absolute waste of money, again. Well not be returning to this location. BK is right next door and they've stepped their game up.
Surprisingly, the drive thur people were great ????. The order was corrected and hot and delicious ????. Keep up the GREAT WORK.
I DECIDED TO BUY THE MEAT MOUNTAUN. WORST PURCHASE AT ARBYS EVER. THE CHICKEN STRIP WAS STILL RAW, THE CORNED BEEF HAD A SOURED TASTE AND THE BREAD WAS CRUSTY. THE HORSEY SAUCE WAS A LITTLE TOO STRINGY. THE BALD MAN AT THE REGISTER PASSED OUT A FEW TIMES, I WAS A LITTLE WORRIED. THE MILKSHAKE SEEMED TO HAVE BEEN MIXED, AS I ORDERED CHOCOLATE AND IT STILL HAD VANILLA!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE.
Ordered to go. Fried Mac N Cheese and Ruben. Service was friendly and quick. Good delicious.
