Employees were super friendly and restaurant was clean. Condiments were all empty in the condiments area. And my food was room temperature. So still some room for improvement but overall good , will return!
The food was cold, I placed a mobile order it wasn't ready when I got there so you would think it would've been hot, it wasn't even warm. The guy was not a happy camper and I was the only customer
They need to be better staffed for lunch time rush. Waited 30 minutes for my Classic sandwich and potato cakes. Food was cold. Drive thru was getting their orders while customers in store continued to wait.
Never really eaten in, only taken out. This Arby's has been here for a long long time.
As for food, always go for classic roast beef and cheese, never steered me wrong.
Service was fine and food was always decently made. Though the drive thru line can be a wait more then other places. But it is better then the tacos down the road.
We waited in line for quite sometime on Friday. Finally placed our order with the general manager who was running the cash register and paying with a gift card which wouldn't work as we swiped the card. She tried several times and finally had to enter the numbers manually. We had to wait several minutes for our food that we asked to be extra hot when we placed our order. The fries were totally cold so we returned them. She did make fresh ones for us but by that time, my French dip was cold and the Au jus sauce was lumpy. I was so upset by this time and I asked for my money back for my order. Also, there was no ketchup or Arby's sauce in the container up front. The lid was off and no one never came out to fill it up. The floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned for days. This used to be a good place to eat but has been going down hill lately. Very disappointing!
Thank you for the gift card for a free sandwich. But I must say, that still doesn't address the problems at this Conway location. Your employees need to take pride in what they do and it is very apparent that no one cares about cleanliness or customer satisfaction!!!! Sad that people are in a business of customer service and can't deliver. It all starts at the top so, Management definitely needs to be replaced with a person who actually cares about your food products and appearance of the restaurant!
Terrible experience. Had to "wait over there" for 12 minutes for a burger. There was tons of filler in it. Should have taken a pic of this one piece I pulled out! Never again. Don't even ask
One of the employees (female) screamed and talked the entire time we ate inside the place..choked down our food n left!! Terrible atmosphere with yelling/screaming waitress..would not stop even though 2 other employees asked her to PLEASE KEEP QUIET..SHE SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIRED!
The beef sandwich certainly has lots of meat but there was nothing else in the sandwich, no lettuce, no tomato, etc, not was I asked if I'd like any. The curly fries were disgusting, limp, cood and old fat taste. The server was rude and very uncooperative. I after she served me, I had to honk my horn 3 times before she reopened the window to give me ketchup she'd forgotten to give me. I will not be going back.
