Get it TOGETHER SMH
Balled up wraps
The bbq had half a tender a bag of bbq sauce lettuce and one tiny piece of cheese
The other ranch with all the cheese pieces?!
Ew
Had to go back after missing food and then the slider we got was again balled up like in their fist? And microwaved
40 dollars worth of food after 20 minutes of waiting this is what we get ????????????
Got cheated on my food. Only got one half pound sandwich even though one was supposed to be a meal. So I paid for two half pounds and got one, paid for 1 double, and got 2. I live in Cleveland, and that's too far to travel back and burn more gas than it is worth. So I have been burnt twice by Arby's, and I'll gladly say it's the last time as long as I may live. This is the worst place yo get satisfactory food and service. I never expected excellent, but dang, man, at least try.
Just newly remodeled 11/2023. This location is nice and bright. We went inside to dine in and the employees are friendly and doing the best to make your wait as short as possible considering the current work climate where no one wants to work anymore.
The dine in lobby has been updated to remove the old style booths & replaced with modern high top table & bar stools. There are still some tables where the one side is a bench seat and chairs on the opposite. Seating was comfortable. A positive dining experience & I love that they accept multiple coupons on one order so I don't have to play the "drive through loop game." ????
Place was large, clean and empty... order taker was clean and polite, waited a very long time for food, I only order small fry and 6pc chicken nuggets, no one was inside ordering so must have been busy at drive thru, they said have a seat and they will bring it out, i was brought my order to my table. Nuggets were so hard and dried out like they were old and cooked repeatedly. I ate them anyways, I was starved but they were awful. I broke one open and it looked so over fried and dried out that it didn't look like any chicken was left inside it. I've never been disappointed at an arbys before. They were not short handed or busy, it was strange.
I went through the drive through today. Everyone is super nice. I didn’t get a drink with my meal and the employee still offered me a water. Very kind
Sat for 15 min waiting to order, got a smokehouse brisket and large curly fry with a cheese cup. Got up to the wi dow and she forgot what I ordered so she took it again. I received a small crinkle cut fry even though I paid for a large curly fry and didn't get a cheese cup I asked for. I'll never go back to this Arby's again, they're extremely incompetent.
Wow, that was an experience. Will make a point of not going back. Service was very poor. Food literally took half an hour. Drive thru got their food quickly. The manager left 3 employees truly struggling. Worst ever!
I usually go through the drive thru at this location. In terms of getting a hot Arby’s meal, you came to the right place. In terms of service, the employees are sometimes rude or seem rushed. I get that it can be busy and you’ll get a sudden rush, but when I’m ordering food and I hear “anything else” in the most annoyed tone, it made me want to just leave the drive through. Not to mention the wait time was pretty up there. Granted to these employees after a long day (I usually come after midnight when I get off work), it’s normal to be a little irritable.
