Stopped here because I had a 2 for $7 coupon for french dip. Super nice at drive thru and fast! I was amazed by the amount of meat in the sandwiches. The au jus and the fries were hot and everything was delicious! Quite the deal!
I’m from Washington State. They made good food. Bought a new House here in Kingman.. first experience with Arby’s was horrible.. it’s been around 1 year since I just tried it again. Same result.. don’t think I’ll ever go to Arby’s again. Commercial says “We Have The Meats”! Well they didn’t..
I have truly enjoyed the 2 for 7 deal on the chicken sandwiches and the beef n cheddar sandwich. However the time before last visit, they gave us bland no cheese "beef n cheddar" sandwiches, this time i got the chicken sandwich. I was very upset to see it had gotten half the size of the chicken sandwich last week, and the "chicken" was tough, i couldnt even eat it and during the process of trying my sandwich fell completely apart. It was messy, over priced, the lettuce tastes like chemicals. This food is nothing short of inedible poison.
They mess your order up, the food quality has gone down, the staff are rude and it's expensive. Mind aswell go get a chicken sandwich from walmart deli, it might actually be edible and is less likely to make you sick.
Trying to order with a gift card, is impossible. The employees don't want to their job. Teenege employee rolled her eyes and then had to tell her how to use my gift card to pay for my food.
If you can go somewhere else I would recommend that.
As a customer and a dasher, I have do my due diligence and rate this venue. Amber the manager and her drive thru staff member were extremely rude to a dasher tonight when picking up an order. I usually don’t pick up orders nor visit Arby’s simply because of their negative atmosphere. I always have had experiences with the staff. I, myself, almost accepted a management position last year but changed my mind because of how customers and staff were treated. There is a reason that Arby’s every month on Indeed is always looking for new managers or help. I figured after a year things have got to be better but they are the same just newer people! What a shame! I’d avoid this place.
I ordered a#1 classic with a small drink which is supposed to be a meal and didn't get fries, I asked about the fries and was told by Laney that she assumed that I didn't want fries so she wanted to charge me more to add fries to my order I said no more charge. I was very upset with her assuming and not asking. She is not worth my business!
The whole place is always really clean, the staff is very good and friendly, most importantly they always make sure that the customer is happy with everything.
