I had an amazing meal today. Carole gave me excellent service and helped me with some difficulties that I had with a deal on the app. She was very friendly and even paid for my cookie! Five stars, very friendly staff.
Something tasted very off about the food we got here, especially the fries; it was like the oil was old or contaminated or something. Also, one of our group found a piece of inedible plastic in their food. The management offered us vouchers for free meals in compensation, but, honestly, I'm not inclined to come back; I'd rather use them at a different location, but being that it's Arby's (where for some reason the local Richmond area Arby's are somehow unaffiliated with the brand at large??? idk how that works, but w/e) the choice of where to take them is limited.
This is exactly what you would expect from a typical Arby's restaurant. Nothing very note worthy here.
Tables and floors were clean and stocked with napkins. A couple of the condiment dispensers were either broken or empty.
Delicious food and fast service! Ordered a shake after eating our food and the woman who took my order and made the shake was extremely kind! Everything was as ordered, hot, and fantastic! My wife and I love this location!
It's fast food so I don't expect a lot. The roast beef was dry and tasted kind of old. However, the service was great and the atmosphere is Arby's
Wonderful Iced tea, the best curly fries period, free wifi. Great place! Very clean too. Staff is always on point.
I have never been disappointed when I visit this location. They greet you as you walk in and offer you to have a nice day. They appreciate your time and business. Very friendly customer service environment.
Order Beef Gyro with no onions or lettuce and it's all in my sandwich. I ordered buttered baked potato and I received a cheese and sour cream potato. Spoke to manager who was unapologetic and unconcerned to offer a replacement. Worst customer service ever!
