It was approximately 4:00 p.m., when I stopped into this Arby's location to get a snack.
I ended up getting dinner for my entire family! Arby's currently, has a 2 for $6 Deal.
I got 2 Classic Roast Beef Sandwiches, 2 Classic Crispy Chicken Sandwiches. Then. I saw that they had a 2 for $5 Deal on their Chicken Wraps!
I also, got a Large Order of Curly Fries and a Sm. Diet Dr. Pepper. I couldn't wait until I got home, so, I started snacking on the 'Awesome' Curly Fries, that Team Member Jaquon had prepared for me! They were so, Delicious!
Beef & Cheddar had lots of arby sauce on it but I would need a microscope to find the cheddar. Curly fries were flovoeless.
Arby's is some of the best fast food around. A nice selection of sandwiches always made fresh. One of our favs when on the go
They are horrible we couldn’t even get our food cause we had two separate payments so they said word for word “ we’re not doing that so you can order or drive off “
I went on a Saturday morning and no one was around, which is fine by me because I wanted to sit and stay a while. Service was really nice and quick and staff was very friendly. The food was much better than expected, I could tell care went into my wrap as it was well made. Music is a tad loud in the lobby, but I don't think most would notice.
I just read a review that mirrored my most recent experience at this Arby's.
Pulled up to the drive-through. A voice gave me the typical fast-food spiel and told me to order when I was ready. I ordered.
Silence.
I waited a little while and asked if they heard my order.
Silence.
I pull up to the window. They were closed.
I'm giving them a four-star review because I've eaten there many times and the food is always good. When I eat inside the dining room is so spotless it almost looks brand-new and the employees are always polite and very good at their jobs.
I'm just pointing out that it was a frustrating, annoying experience. When the restaurant is closed, please, turn off the automatic voice messages. Seems a no-brainer to me.
To end on a positive: Love their chicken (prefer it to the roast beef) and mozzarella sticks.
There Prices have gone through the roof
2 for 7 Beef And Cheddar are you kidding me I remember when they ran 2 for 5 and the drive through is staffed with mental defectives who can't get a simple order together in less than 15mins I remember one time that they ran out of Roast Beef and that is 85%0f there menu
I just walked out of the store. I was hungry for Arby’s and went in with a smile and anticipation of getting a sandwich.
Walked up to the counter and said hello, how are you? The young woman at the counter stared at me for more than a minute and never said a word. She was playing with her headset though. I thought maybe she was busy with drive through.
I turned to walk away and she said “you can order. “
If your staff cannot say hello, or pay any attention to customers, I can only imagine what the food would be like.
