Already had a bad review for constantly forgetting items I've ordered. This one just blew me away. HOW? -.- I can't even get a full sandwich from this place, it seems, if I get the sandwich I ordered.
I ordered a double beef n cheddar and got a half of a regular single size. This arbys always messes up my orders to the point it feels intentional to chase away customers. Gave 3 chances and every time messed up so no more.
Started using the app and pre-ordering. Good deals, and great service. I don't do fast food very often, but this is pretty good. Hate to admit it but the chocolate shake is SOO good, too.
Got a raw chicken sandwich all they had to say is machine is preprogrammed and they don’t double check it. No apologies terrible customer service just sad that how some would be treated after being served raw food
All the food has a nasty taste. It tastes like they really need to change the fryers oil. The fries are really disgusting and I couldn't get past this gross taste to eat them.
Ordered 2 beef and cheddar Sandwich and both had no cheese.
Great experience at this Arby's. We got the new fried Mac and cheese bites. They are really good but maybe slightly pricy at $3.99 for 4. That's a dollar per bite. But they were done perfectly and tasted great. We also get the market fresh turkey and bacon, chicken tenders and a half pound roast beef and cheddar. I ordered orange Fanta on the app but it turns out they didn't have that so I had to go with something else. No biggie but hopefully they can fix that issue. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Definitely will be back.
Two big orders were ahead of me in line. I was just ordering a shake. The cashier told me to come in and get the shake because it would be a lot faster. When I pulled around and parked and went in she already had the shake ready for me! It was really nice!
