12/21/24 5:45pm it's really bad when you order your food then you get up there and they have no sauces. none behind the counter and none at the station. Come on Arby’s you can do better.. btw Owner. Don't address it with the team just order some extra sauces. Good grief
7 am October 30 young man working the drive thru was so professional, kind and polite. The service was quick and the items were correct. He will be the future manager. No doubt
I was here both at 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. at both times no one seemed interested in taking my order but at 9:00 a.m. they had over 10 hash browns sitting already cooked but then at 6:00 p.m. they didn't even make the fries fresh and I was one of two people in there while my order was made fast, that's not always a good thing seeing as the fries were medium warm and my burger wasn't even hot quite honestly I wish I could build a time machine go back and never order
Got yelled at for them giving us the wrong order, only gave us half of our food after that. Asked for manager and was told they didn’t have one. After driving for 2 days just wanted something quick to eat and ended up being a headache and had to order again and they refused to give us any money back
I dont know how the food was because I was going to order but I didnt, there is so many Flies flying around its crazy everywhere u look theres flies what make you think that there not landing on the food and utensils being used, or laying fly eggs everywhere???? they were landing on the cups by the register and all over the walls by the bread . Im good thanks,
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This whole store should be thrown away. Stopped in to order food and the cashier over charged me for my food. My husband asked why it was price was higher than the menu and cashier's answer was it is what it is. Asked for the manager and the lady standing there watching was the manager and she adjusted the price but the cashier who is a young man start to yell at me saying I had an attitude but he tried to over charge me. As a former sales manager and the fact that the Manger on duty didn't say anything she knows this is going on. I wonder how many voided transactions they have in a week for skimming the register. The brother of the cashier also works there and added to the escalation saying they don't care about that job as he threw down the metal trays don't yell at his brother. The cashier then proceeded to come from behind the counter walking towards me as if to do something while the manager just watched. I wasn't alone and he made a better decision to stop. The line of customers left and so did we to avoid further altercations. But this location need a whole new staff or just throw it away. And the store cashiers(3) came to watch as it was a game.
I ordered a French dip combo with curly fries. The sandwich was cold and the fries were cold. The only thing that is hit is the au just dip. I'm very disappointed. I can't turn this 18wheeler around like a car to go back ????
I was in here today at lunch and they was super busy!!! And the whole group worked as a Team and got all the customers out of there! And I thought it was pretty cool to hear the manager tell the group…. Great job team! That’s what team work is about… thanks for the great service today
