I tried the new fried Turkey sandwich but the skin is overly salty. At least it was fresh and hot! Even though no customers were there, service was really slow. No atmosphere whatsoever!
Terrible worst ARBYS EVER AWARD.
Waited at counter for 18minutes, before my order ,was even taken .Then asked why was I waiting so long ..The lady ? Said I was on break...and Jason the manager was BUZY I said wow what about the costumers..? I ask if I could have a complementary drink with my order for my patience..Jason the manager said NO WAY..
Ok so I waited for my food another 15 min..
So much more to the story..
Save ur time at least and find a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT THIS ARBYS GETS 0 RATING.

A bit deceitful on lunch specials and the menu, thought lunch special was ordered and instead got regular size order for $11.00. I was also told I couldn't use the restroom . That has to be against the law, doesn't it?
1 star solely for their curly fries. Just one question to Arby’s - “Where are the Meats?!” I got the Smokehouse Brisket and ended up with jerky between two buns..
The bathroom is why I'm giving this place 4 stars. It's fast food, and for fast food it was a solid 4 out of 5. Service was not fantastic or awful, just average. The restaurant itself was empty at 7pm on a Sunday and it was clean. The bathroom was clean but there were no doorknobs or handles so it was difficult to get out with my arthritic hands trying to put my fingers through the holes...
I placed my order in the app for pick up and they made my food right away, fresh fries and everything.

Quick meal, and I recalled I hadn't had Arby's in a while. It was nice and tasty.
Hard to come back for a replacement Corn Beef Reuben and the drive through Cashier was great even gave me a fry and drink for the inconvenience. Will go back during her shift.
