I judge places on how clean the restrooms are and how friendly the staff is! First five star fast food restaurant!
I went here for a DoorDash order and felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. There were two customers in front of me and the day manager was dashing with them and very kind. And when I got to the register her energy changed completely. I don’t know if the manager was racists or what but I did not appreciate my treatment here. I hope at least the customers food was fine and wasn’t affected because a black person was picking up their food. God bless.
This location has the best staff and I want to say thank yall for not only providing amazing hot food today but for going out of your way to make sure our tire got aired up before we pulled off you guys Rock and blessed me with your kindness and yummy sliders .
Went through drive-thru ordered my favorite beef and cheddar and got two roast beef sandwiches I just ate those instead of the beef and cheddar maybe they needed the cheddar or they shoved it up there behind
I can't give this place a bad review, but I can't bring myself to give them a good review either. Staff is courteous, but the food was way below par. I ordered a large curly fries and got the oldest tiniest scraping from the bottom of the curly fry bin. Also there were two beef and cheddars on my order, but the came with bbq sauce instead of cheese. I guess I should be happy I didn't get food poisoning.
Love the Apple crisp. They are amazzzzzzing great service and very very quick. They are nice and polite everytime we go here. Which is about once a week. Love it.
Management was really loud, yelling out order names and barking directions to the back of the house. Most patrons noticed the unpleasant atmosphere.
Only place in oak ridge that makes a proper milkshake every time. Food has never been messed up.
