Love their food, but they seem to not care for their in person clientele. Ordered 2 combos and had to wait over 15 minutes because their drive-thru was more important. I understand customer service gets hectic. However, serve the orders that are taken first.....
We had a large order with 4 classics 2 Swiss French dips 2 roast beef bacon and Cheddarand 3 large curley fries. 1st the 4 classics were missing fixed that headed out and husband checked my bacon beef and Cheddar no bacon I'm sitting in the car waiting while the rest of our dinner gets cold.
Remake barley has cheeses and the curley fries are hard like they have been under the light a long time
What happen to your good employees. You have a very rude lady there now .hateful and she needs to be nicer to customers. I go here once a week but I can go somewhere else if she in there for now on
absolutely horrible I waited over 30 minutes for my food and they wasnt even busy and to top it off they didn't even give me wat I ordered multiple people walked out because no one would take their order unfortunately I ordered from the app and was stuck waiting so the wait was ridiculous food was cold and I didn't even get the right sandwich and the workers was absolutely clueless
I came in for lunch yesterday and they messed up my sandwich. The roast beef was sliced too thick. It tasted like spam. I took it up there to show them and the manager Danielle refused to make me a new sandwich . She said it would come out the same so I might as well eat it or throw it away she didn’t care either way. She was so rude I asked for a refund and she refused because she said there was nothing wrong with the food. I was wondering why I never see this place busy anymore and now I know why. With customer service like that it’ll be a miracle if you’re still open in two years.
Was only one in line, ordered one classic sandwich and a shake. I waited over 20 minutes for a sandwich, then with nobody still behind me they asked me to pull forward and wait 5 more minutes. Disappointed...
32 minutes through the drive thru, apparently these people dont understand the cost of gas prices. Guy was rude & order was wrong.
Service was quick and the fries were fresh. We were disappointed with the roast beef sandwich - there wasn't much meat and what was there was dry. The buns were over-toasted (are they even supposed to be toasted?) and dry. My double roast beef looked like a regular roast beef sandwich. Do better Arby's.
