I placed a difficult large order today at the counter and Chris was extremely patient and helpful. By far one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at a fast food place. If he isn’t a manager, he definitely has what it takes!

I ordered a 9pc hot honey boneless wings with fries. They put sooo much sauce on it. Way too much. I couldn’t even taste the chicken. My fries and side salad was good though.
The girl working behind the counter was so very sweet and helpful. I haven’t had Arby’s since 2017, but it’s always been one of my favorite places.
The girl at the window had a bad attitude the whole time. Then I get home and one of my 2 French dips is raw and looks nasty so I have to share my dinner. My medium fry is maybe a small, the box isn't even half full. I'm not happy and am glad I looked at my food before getting sick. I wish places like you could do better for people that supply your paycheck. Don't go here unless you wanna actually be able to eat your meal and 1 not get sick or 2 only have all your order but only half of the food you paid for.
Decided to try the hamburger there was so much sauce ruined it got the brisket was so salty first and and last to try threes stick to the roast beef
I'd love to give this Arby's 5 stars but all of Arby's got rid of pizza sliders and that's not okay. If you like Arby's this place is great I'm just salty.
