Husband & I stopped for gas and food. Employee was super rude and completely inconvenienced by our presence. Upon receiving our food we sat in the lobby to be told that the lobby is closed by the same rude employee. Clearly this is an issue as these signs are posted. So now we are sitting in the car eating our foods before 10:00PM while the sign states open til 12:00AM! Absolutely TERRIBLE service!
Where to start! The employees are as rude as it gets. I'm sorry you had to get off the phone to do your job. The restaurant was disgusting. There was trash and filth all over the floor. There was trash along the counter where you get lids, straws and condiments. One of the employees even walked out to fill up some ice and looked at it and walked away. Along the condiments box it has old dried sauces on the face of it and around the spouts. The whole place looks like it hasn't been wiped down on weeks due to the build up of dust on top of everything. The soda machine has a nasty stagnate liquid all the way around it and a build up of something one the side. When I sat down, I almost fell out of my chair because it was broken. WILL NOT EVER GO BACK. If a manager or owner did their job, most of these thing wouldn't even be a problem because they are an easy fix.
I just picked up lunch for my husband and me on the way home after his surgery. We love the regular Arby's sandwich with their sauce. They are always quick with the food. Great job! Pat on back!
Arby's was not our original eating venue for the night as we were in Hammond to attend an event for the evening. We saw an Arby's so we decided to pull in for a quick bite. The staff was so very kind, the restaurant was clean, and the food was great. Wish we had an Arby's in Gonzales, LA.
Located inside Pilot. Store was clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Arby's closes at 10:00 pm. Food was fresh and hot. Plenty of truck parking. 60 spaces, 24 reserved (get yours online, use points) 1 handicap space. Showers. "Be a Beacon of light so others can find their way. Safe and happy travels!"
Had the Kings Hawaiian Sweet Heat Beef N Brisket. Very good! Was assembled neatly as well - don't always get that in fast food. Service was fine, staff seemed pretty friendly with some regulars. It was also pretty clean. Empty tables were not dirty, and the staff was pretty quick to come out and check the floors, tables, etc. Would stop again when I'm in the mood for their food.
Awful food. Cold mozzarella sticks, cold crinkle fries. Double roast beef tasted off and the cherry turnover tasted as if it was yesterdays product. I will never stop at this pilot again for food. This was $19 dollars wasted in my opinion. I got an upgraded lemonade which I was able to drink. The 1 woman working was pleasant and sliced the sandwich. She got my lemonade, loaded the Fry's and mozzarella sticks which were made previously and sitting. When I arrived there were 4 people doing nothing hiding behind the machinery. One was complaining about management. I feel if I continue to eat the food I will be ill so though I'm hungry and this would be my only meal of the day it's a no for me. Thanks Pilot/ Arby's. I should mention that the truck I'm in spends $85 - $100k on fuel alone at the pilot fuel network. I deserve better! Maybe Love's should get this business!
Another bad experience at this store. Ordered a half pound roast beef with cheese sauce and mayo. Don’t like the onion bread on the beef and cheddar so it has been ordered this way for 30+ years! Yet this time I was charged nearly $1 for the cheese. Talking with a manager helped none. On my way home, I opened my bag, grabbed my sandwich….NO CHEESE AND I PAID FOR IT! I am done with this store. Wish I could give a zero!
