Best WLM Reviews
What I eat I prepare and my only cheat is Arby's, they have the best French Dip and the curly fries. I lived 2 hours for an Arby's and would make a day of it, great service, price and the best food.
Henderson NV Arby's has sign "Under new management". I don't know how long its been under new management BUT I would suggest a super cleaning of the establishment!
The business is dated inside. I am okay with that BUT not the old dirt and grime. The doors and glass included were horrible with extended years of hands. The tile floors, mop boards, grout could use a excellent scrub and new seal. The table, chairs and cushion bench has gunk between the seams.
All this makes a customer wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen and food operations. Therefore, working hard to make it spotless, even thought dated in the '70's, would reassure the customer base that management understands.
Yes, I know it takes time to re-build or remodel and money too. However, cleaners and equipment and muscle power say millions to your customer base on how the operation is ran.
Danielle is a very kind and charismatic employee, and she took my complicated order flawlessly. An exceptional employee that deserves to be recognized.
Food was very good and fresh, much better than other Arby's locations. Will be back for sure!
Great food always but I got sick right after I ate..there was water all over the floor from an overflowing soda machine..the employees acted like they didn't even care that there was water all over the floor. I still had to walk through the water to get my soda..very unhappy with this Arby's..will not be returning due to incapable management not doing anything about the store they should be taking care of...and it is under new management..not again..
Went in for one of the roast beef sandwiches ended up trying Arby's new burger. The girl behind the counter said she was going to have one in a few minutes cuz she was taking her break so I'm like what the heck. I'll try one. Well McDonald's you have lost me completely as a customer. The Arby's burger was good, very ,very good. And potato cakes were back too. And the ice tea was UNSWEETENED! Imagine getting what you want to drink and it being right; thank you Arby's. Tables and bathrooms clean so nice. Food hot too. Will definitely be back.
The original order was pretty gross. Wrappers were ripped, buns were soggy mush, no sauces were given. We drove back and got our order replaced and it was fine then.
2 beef and cheddar, 1 ruben meal 27.00! Rubin sandwich was so small. It wouldn't have filled an infant up. You guys have lowered yourself to the level of all the rest of them. minimal food for maximum money.
Arby's is the most consistent of the fast food places in my personal opinion. It's like a 1997 Toyota Camry of restaurants. You don't brag about it, but you always get what you expect. It's not going to knock your socks off, but it won't disgust you.
The staff here was very friendly and personable. Place could use a solid cleaning. I'd come back. Sometimes you need a little Toyota Camry in your diet.
