Every time you go to the drive through of this restaurant you will be asked to go wait out front. Even if you get one simple sandwich. No joke! If you go in be prepared to be waiting on your food for longer than fast food should take and they really don’t give a f. If you’re in a hurry do not go here. Go to Taco Bell or Culver’s. Yes even Culver’s would be faster.
So this is why I have trust issues. I stopped to get food for my wife and I. Two regular double sandwiches. Two large Krinkle fries. 1 large coke zero and 1 large sweet tea. I get home and find in the bag 1 large oder of fries. Is 15 minutes back to the store then 15 back home. I'm going to burn the better part of my evening to get this fixed. Didn't do it. But it will be awhile before I buy from Arby's again.
I got 4 of the nastiest burnt up macaroni bites I've ever seen. And it really ticks me off that they passed them off to me in the drive thru.. who ever gave them to me had to of known they were burnt to a crisp. I broke a cap off my tooth biting into one in the dark car on the way home. I wish I could include a picture
It was literally 60° inside with floor heaters everywhere. Very cold atmosphere
Roast beef never has enough meat! But ask for extra Arby's sauce and got like 10 packets!! Fries were chilled!
I like Arby's. They have different types of foods now. It was good. No complaints.
We are here because we were coming home late from the lake Saturday. I noticed there was one lady working and she was hastily preparing the sandwiches in between handling cash money and the register. This did not look sanitary and she was putting sauce on sandwiches with same bottles over and over again and handled register without hand washing or changing gloves. She appeared overwhelmed with no staff to help her. I want to say that when a worker or manager cuts staffing and corners to pretend like they are running the restaurant in an acceptable manner and in exchange giving customer's food poisoning you are actually doing a disservice to those who trust the Arby's brand. The food made me sick and it has taken over 3 days for me to feel better. Not to mention we paid $24 for a meal that made 2 of us sick and the roast beef was lukewarm. CLEAN IT UP ARBYS ! Before you kill someone.
I don't eat at fast food places and this is the reason why. We were on the road and desperate for a quick bite so we thought this was the least bad choice. This is why I will continue to avoid fast food.
