I won’t be going here anymore. The roast beef is sliced so thick it is rubbery and gross. The main draw to Arby’s is the thinly sliced roast beef. They slice it so thick at this location it is ultimately an unpleasant experience. This is always the case too. Not just a one time thing. Too bad, because it could be really good.
First, let me say I have been eating at Arby's for over 45 years. The food at the location is by far the worst I have ever tasted at an Arby's. I ordered on line and had to pick up through the drive thru, because the lobby was closed. I was the only customer there. When I pulled up to the window I was told they were waiting on my curly fries and I asked if I could please get some ketchup with the order. I waited 10 minutes for my order. Upon receiving it i asked if there was ketchup int the bag and got a nod. When I pulled over to the parking lot to eat first of all, I was appalled by what the sandwich looked like. The roast beef was sliced so thick there were only 4 slices on the double roast beef I ordered. I couldn't even chew it, it felt like I was chewing on a peice of rubber and there was absolutely no taste to it. I decided I would just eat the fries but low and behold when i looked in the bag there was no ketchup. When I realized I hadn't gotten it, I pulled back through the drive through and explained that I just needed the ketchup that I had asked for. I had to wait another 5 minutes to get the ketchup and I didn't get a hello, I'm sorry, have a good night nothing. The employee opened the window handed it to me and I said thank you have a good evening and he shut the window. Needless to say my curly fries that I had to wait 10 minutes for to cook were cold. I threw the rest of the sandwich and fries in the trash. That's the last time I will eat at this location. Between the food and the rudeness of the employee I would give this location 0 stars if I could.
Went there at 10 am when you open. Always go inside because the drive thru screws it up every time. Door was still locked. Went to the drive thru ordered my food. Took 15 minutes. Ordered the half pound number 1. Since when does it come with cheese and this red sauce I can't identify. Meat is not thinly sliced. Just horrible. I used to really like Arbys. Never again!!!!
I grew up on Arby’s — it was one of the few fast food places we ever went to. This local Arby’s tends to be hit or miss, but in my case, seems to be a miss more often than not. Especially when ordering through DoorDash, it’s very rare that the order is correct. I always get a French dip sandwich (it’s basically a normal roast beef sandwich but you’re paying extra for Swiss cheese and the dip). They NEVER include the dip. I called once and was told that I should have the DoorDash person ask for it. I feel bad asking them to do that though and it’s technically part of the order, so they shouldn’t have to.
They also rarely give any sauce or if they do, it’s one pack. If you have a whole French dip and an order of fries, one Arby’s Sauce isn’t really ideal.
Today’s order, in particular, was disappointing. Not only was it missing the dip and only having one Arby’s Sauce packet, the sandwich itself did not seem edible. Half of the meat on it was a yellow/orange color — maybe stale? Despite taking the discolored meat off, I felt like I might get food poisoning from the sandwich and chose not to eat it at all. Technically, I didn’t need the sauce or the dip, after all…
I really like Arby’s but I think it’s not worth ordering from this location anymore, sadly.
Guy taking the order messed up the order all the way around, wasnt busy or anything or I would have understood. But then made it seem like it was my fault he entered the order in totally wrong and got a slight attitude with me. They did fix it and food was decent when we got the correct food and missing food so that's why I at least gave 4 stars, but floors and tables were gross so only 2 stars there.
I ordered a beef and cheddar and half of the sandwich was literally just bread. Smh disappointing. I also ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and when I tell you it was messy , I mean that. Buffalo sauce was everywhere. Lastly I ordered a large curly fry and when I received it , it was half full. Very disappointed.
I can’t explain how difficult this store was to accommodate a very large order. They refused to take the order over the phone, even though previous managers have happily taken my order. So I placed several ordered under diffeeent accounts online. The orders were not only not ready when we went to pick them up, but they refused to give us a box to carry the order out in or even offer to help carry it all out. Management was rude and uncooperative. After 15 years of this being a standard location I order from during our companies move in and move out time, I will never go back. Poor leadership. Rude leadership.
I had a Ruben sandwich curly fry and sweet tea.it was after 11pm on a Tuesday night the young man on the speaker was very patient and it was the best meal I've gotten from a drive through in ages
