Not only were the boys there very non customer service oriented, I even asked if they could make sure the LOADED chicken bacon fries *looked like the picture* and laughed. What I got was not worth 6$.
I asked for Arby's sauce for the 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches I ordered and he handed me 1 packet. If I could give them zero stars I would.
Update: Well, they cancelled the potato cakes, too. I feel bad for the dasher.
I don't recommend this location for Doordash. First, they couldn't find our order, and then they cancelled the sandwiches, so I'm tipping someone what I'd normally tip (because not the dasher's fault) for a whole fast-food meal to bring me a handful of potato cakes and having to order our actual dinner from somewhere else, which means an additional tip plus a half-hour delay to eat when I'm seriously short on time.
The sandwiches and fries were fresh, hot, and delicious. The employees were friendly and considerate. My online order was ready on time.
The team they had at one point a few years ago were amazing.....now the team they have in there are nothing but horrible attitudes! Can't get orders correct at all yet give you attitude when you ask for the items they forgot. They can't even wrap a sandwich before putting it in the bag. Definitely not a great place to visit for a little later dinner. Beef and cheddar are portioned so horrible you get almost Absolutely no cheddar so the sandwich is just a dry mess they threw in the bag. The girl in the drive through taking orders under a different employees name is rude and can't even say you're welcome or anything. Definitely sad this location will probably end up with the same fate as others at this rate.
3 sandwiches two fries when asked for more Arby’s sauce the response was “you can go buy it at Walmart” embarrassing response you’re asking your customers to buy food there then drive to a grocery store to get more sauce? Place is a joke.
Idk who made my buffalo sandwich today on this day but it was perfectly made. Sauce wasn’t dripping all sloppily from my sandwich and it wasn’t runny. Fries were super hot and lemonade was too fresh ????????
The staff at this location is always very friendly and courteous to us. The food is good and the restaurant atmosphere is very pleasant. We enjoy going in to the restaurant to sit down and eat as it has been a relaxed atmosphere at the times that we have visited.
This Arby's is exceptional. Fresh hot food. Great professional service. We had the Fish deluxe and it was truly amazing. So crispy and fresh and big! We had the buffalo chicken sandwich and beef n' cheddar. Both were phenomenal. Curly fries, crinkle fries, and the star of the show were the jalapeno bites!
