This place is a disaster...went last month and while walking to the door employee come out and told us dinning room was closed, so we left. Next time stopping in was a 30 minute wait. The last time we stopped, and I do mean last time, the guy taking the order told us their would be a 20 minute wait. The manager was running around like a 5 year old and they all were cussing like sailors, what a mess!!!! Also add that their was only about 10 customers and a couple that left before we did
Did drive up around 1 today, not busy. Ordered the chicken wrap. I got 5 small pieces of chicken, very little lettuce, and a whole lot of wrap. When you pay 12.00 for a meal you expect way better!

Today I went and ordered a Buffalo Chicken sandwich meal with NO lettuce. I got a sandwich with lettuce on it after I'd repeated several times I wanted NO lettuce. Also ordered a LARGE strawberry lemonade and it was a small sized and was even told it was a large.
I then went inside from the drive-thru and was ignored for 5 to 10 minutes. There was nobody else in the line. I then was greeted by an employee who was complaining about having to remake my sandwich, she even went as far as complaining to other employees. It was eventually remade after about 5 to 10 minutes later. Meanwhile my fries sat and got cold. They refused to remake those and gave the cold ones back to me. She stated that they cannot keep them so I have them back.
All in all I am very disappointed and do not recommend, which is unfortunate for Newton. I understand being short-staffed but this is sad to me to be treated this way!
store was a mess I've watched customers have to wait 30 min or more for food I have ate there and food was disgusting and cold. the management was rude to not only customers but to there employees. alot of favoritism. this store needs training and mostly new management.
Service was extremely slow then again it was full inside and drive-up with 4 workers total. By the time we got up to the window our food got cold so another order could be taken. By the time I was back home to eat food it was cold. After warming it up it tasted disgusting and slimy. The shake was the only thing edible. I will never come back here. This place food has gone downhill since I was last here.

Over the floor in the prep area. Extremely slow service. What I assumed was the manager on duty had to tell other employee not to thrown food and another to watch their language as they cursed. Appears no one really knows what they are doing or in charge.
Two large roast beef and potato cakes and curly fries. 2 drinks..$30 ish! Food was fresh, employees seemed short, but they did very good. Newton Arby's was a good experience for us.????
Food was great. Mozzarella sticks are the best!!! Bathroom was gross. Needed another staff member to clean a little.
