Came back to try again after several months. Staff was fine, maybe a little bored looking, but it wasn't busy so I get it. Sandwich was fine. Au jus was a bit watered down, the curly fries were on the older side, but like I said, they weren't busy, so I got leftovers. The fountain soda machine had no ice and the soda was no cold either. I had to ask them for ice. Dining room was clean, which I do appreciate. I like that the A/C wasn't blowing on high, so I could enjoy my meal and not freeze to death.
Slowest fast food restaurant on the planet. Multiple people left before getting their food. Then my drink was forgotten. Expect at least a 15 minute wait even with only 2 cars. Second time this had been the outcome at this location.
We stopped for dinner Aug.2 and bought Arby's French dip and crispy chicken sandwich meals. Worst ever! French Fry's must of sat out and were hard and colder with curly fries in each meal. We ordered crispy cut not curly!
Chicken sandwich was hard. Roast beef on French dip was not cut properly cut and also colder. Horrible meal. Manager should be fired!
Went on a Monday night, a little before 9:30pm. The open sign was still on, I went through the drive through and they told me that they were closing and I told them they didn’t close for another 40 minutes and the girl said “yeah I know, but sorry”.
I made sure I gave enough time and didn’t go right before they were closed. There was 4 cars there and I was going to order a small meal. Really upset.
ALWAYS SUPER SLOW! NO customer service. Highly likely to mess your order up.
I ate here many times, over the last 3 years. It doesn't ever get better, if any worse. Most Arby's are on top of it, but whoever over sees this one get F, (failed).

Staff are as fast as they can be when busy, you may have to wait for your food for a moment. But they are friendly and the food is good!
We ordered online and it took forever to get our food. I got a classic roast beef sandwich and the beef had hard day chunks of tendons in it. It ruined my sandwich.
Got the BB Burger meat was not cooked all the way (pink in the middle) rest of the food was good
