I go to admit in the time I’ve been in North Carolina this location has had the best service. They’re actually friendly and go the extra mile for you.
Don’t remember their names but on 12/13/24 at 2:30 PM therefore guys working vector in every single one of approached with respect smile except for one, I couldn’t see his face because he had a black mask on but i’m going to assume he was smiling to lol.
They even went the extra mile to put extra icing on the two turnovers that I ordered for my kids as I requested.
Service keeps going like this in this place I’ll just keep coming to this location, out of three locations that I visit, right now this is the one Thank you guys, Arod.
Clean establishment with baby changing tables in BOTH bathrooms! I also want to comment on the joyous staff. I'm not sure what their training regiment is, but their compassion truly impacted me and my family. Thank you for being who you are.
Arby's can generally be very hit or miss with a lot more misses than hits. But this one is definitely on the better end of the scale. Food was good, restaurant was generally pretty clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and professional. While I don't recommend most Arby's this one I do.
I stopped to order a hamburger and a turnover. My husband said the burger was good but later that night I heated my cherry turnover and bit into it and felt something like a string when I pulled part of it away. It was a long piece of dark hair. I felt sick then. My hair is grayish and very short. I attempted to call and discuss for awhile but apparently they don't answer phone it stayed busy. Please do better.
I went through the window. I ordered my food and received my food and everything was good until I was looking through my bag. With the window closed I could hear the lady (on the receipt the name says Kimora) saying I need to hurry up and get out her line! First of all the place was empty nobody but me in the line, I wanna make sure I have everything so I don’t have to go back to get missing items! Second don’t rush me when I just paid too much for the meal I just received! Third you only put one of each sauce that I asked for in the bag (they usually give way more) which was all the way at the bottom so yeah I’m going to take my time to make sure I have everything I paid for! Also y’all need to stop stuffing all the meat in the middle of the sandwich and make it thick all the way around! The fries were not fresh either! I hope y’all get better worker’s or teach them to talk junk while the customer is not in their presence but I’m sure they don’t care!

The Classic Crispy Chicken Sandwich was decent. It's a very safe choice if you don't know what to get from Arby's. I wouldn't get it again since there are better chicken sandwiches at other fast foods. I do recommend the turkey and bacon sandwich.
Drive-through was smooth and was able to get my order in a decent time.
Drive thru was super slow...after sitting and not moving for over 5mins, I tried my luck inside. I stood there for a 3 mins before someone yelled that they would be right with me. About 2 mins later, my order was taken and I had my food. I forgot to ask for crinkle fries and I was given some for free! Service was slow buy friendly and accommodating.
Bought a couple of sandwiches for takeout. The meats were completely dried out and it appears the sandwiches were laying around for quite some time. The curly fries were cold and only bits and pieces and the mozzarella sticks were solid and cold, not fried as expected.
