Best WLM Reviews
I'll be honest I'm just absolutely pissed. I've worked fast food, I've worked slow food, I've worked all this stuff. There is nothing but absolutely soaring us, laziness, selfishness, and obnoxiousness that would make someone barely put any cheese in cups people pay nearly a dollar a piece for. This person clearly knew when they put this cheese in this bag that nothing had come out and I had paid money for this. I am absolutely furious just at the absolute level of trash it would take someone to be to do something like this. It's not a major thing, it's not even hardly a notable thing. But it's one of the sorriest damn things I've ever seen someone in a restaurant do. And no I didn't touch that cheese and that's literally right after I pulled the lid off of it.
Ordered (2) cheddar & beef combos, with Coke and UNSWEETENED ice tea and fried mac 'n cheese bites.
It was delicious EXCEPT the tea was very SWEET Disappointed that I didn't have a drink with my meal.
While I was at the restaurant today, the manager locked the door so new customers could not get in. When an employee approached to start their shift, one of the dining customers let them in and I heard them ask the manager why the door is locked, she said “we do not have enough help”. I counted at least eight customers who came to the door during my meal but could not get in. I’m not sure how many employees justify a full crew, but there were four behind the counter. I’m not suggesting that the employees are not working, but there was not a line and customers are being turned away. While I’m am writing this review from my truck I see the manager has stepped outside the entry door to smoke.
If the proprietor of this Arby’s is wondering why profits are not higher you might try sitting in the parking lot and watching or check the restroom where the urinal is out of order and the toilet seat is hanging off one side. Just pitiful, this gives Arby’s a bad name!
Looks like they are now under new ownership and mgmt. The place looks great and everyone is very friendly. Service is also alot faster. Food was great.
We went here on Veterans Day and my husband even had a free Arby's roast beef sandwich. Thank you talk to Arby's for recognizing Veterans Day
This is the best fast food restaurant I have ever been to when it comes to customer service. The older ladies in the drive through during day shift are the sweetest people you will ever meet. We had an issue with our order and they made it 10x better ! Couldn’t ask for any better customer service anywhere. Thank you for doing what you do! Delish orange cream shake also :)
I ordered my food and received it with no issues, besides my drink missing but I didn’t really care. However, once I got home and proceeded to eat my meal, I pulled a long piece of synthetic hair out of my mouth. I then went through the rest of the sandwich and found another piece. Needless to say, I wasted my money and time. It sucked because it was my first meal of the day after having to wait all day to eat lol.
I got our usual at the drive through. Nice people at this location also.
