I contacted the location and spoke to the manager. Explained I received an uncooked burger. She told me to take it up with Door Dash. I explained to her I did and I was not properly compensated. This establishment prepared this uncooked burger she did not feel she needed to replace the burger. I did not want any money. I wanted a properly cooked burger. I wasn’t even offered an apology. I cannot continue to patron establishments that conduct business like this. I’m 1 of the 5 people that are STILL going the Arby’s! You have lost my business!! Now you’re down to 4!!
The service is pretty good, but I noticed over the past couple years, the quality of the food is getting less. It just doesn't taste the same. As far as the atmosphere, it's is a fast food restaurant whatcha expect, low lighting and dinner by candlight ????
This Arby screws you if you're not white, ordered 3 piece tender Got 2 and a old dried stale one, the smoke house brisket was old, the top layer brisket was pulled apart and dry and turning color, the smaller bottom piece was still ok, they kept looking over at me, so I know they did it on purpose. Its ok, at least they let me know to never come to this Arby's again.

This is the second time in two weeks.
I ordered a CHEDDAR RANCH CHICKEN SANDWICH.
As you see that is NOT what I recieved.
This same problem happened two weeks ago too. I went in and the girl at the counter literally gave me TWO SLICES OF AMERICAN cheese in a bag and said have a good day. What the hell?!
I may be wrong but if Cheddar is in the name of the menu item I'm sure it should be included without having to ask.
But hey this time they threw in some onions i didn't even ask for.
So disappointed.
Great experience the food was awesome the cook Brandon did a fabulous job as always, also Joyce is one of the best managers around your blessed to have great people also shout out to the rest of the crew Laurie and Erin
Love their roast beef sandwiches, but their prices are getting too high.
It's as much as you can ask for in fast food. The restaurant was clean, the food tasted good and the portions were larger than I remembered. I got the double roast beef with cheese and a small order of curly fries, and I was good. The person behind the counter was courteous and took our order with competency, which is unfortunately noteworthy today. The condiments were all stocked, drinks all were in order, and they stayed on top of the dining area. They even checked on me while I waited on a friend to make sure they hadn't missed my order. I recommend it.
