Best WLM Reviews

Tried the new Hamburger - its a “no”…….. don’t like the flavor much. Reminds me of a school cafeteria burger. Stick with the roast beef which is excellent.
After reading these other reviews, it seems like this is just the type of service they offer—if not worse. Maybe this is all they are capable of doing. Here’s a picture of their buffalo slider we had to wait ten minutes for. Called in today at 4:54 PM, talked to a guy named Robert who claimed to be the manager. He offered to remake it—no thanks. We waited 15 minutes and then drove 30 minutes home. If you can’t even take pride in making a sandwich, I hate to see where you’ll be a couple of years from now. Next step: door greeter.
The real issue here is the manager not doing their job. Do you know how busy this place could be if the service and food were good? Owner, do you even care? If I were you, I’d be furious seeing my money go down the drain. Here’s a tip: hire a competent manager. Find someone who wants their workers to be professional, who ensures employees are on time, and who cares about the quality of the food being made.
Sure, working in fast food isn’t glamorous, and the pay isn’t great, but the goal should be to train young adults to be responsible workers, to help them develop into future business owners. Not to let lazy people mess around with customers' food. I even read a review from a couple of weeks ago about someone being served raw food. That’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. Maybe that’s what it’ll take to replace this sorry excuse of a place with a Chick-fil-A. ????????
I went on 12-19-24 to this restaurant and ordered their Hamburger Meal. It was like a frozen brick. Burger was about 1/3 the size of the bun, overcooked to where it was like eating shoe leather. For a hamburger, fries and a medium drink, I paid almost $12.00. Plus it had to have been cooked the day before. I will never go back.
This store has been here for quite a few years now. Over time it has gotten worse insofar as how long it takes to get a meal. My family has visited here less and less but occasionally we hope for the best and try again. Arby's food is good, but the wait is horrible. We had to wait for 5 minute, alone at the counter, for anyone to acknowledge us. The employee was nice so that wasn't the problem but other employees looked at us and didn't even offer to say that someone would be there to help us. Then, it, no kidding, took 20 minutes to receive 2 chicken sandwiches and an order of nuggets. Other customers ahead of us were waiting long times too and they kept looking in the kitchen to see what the hold up was. They do not staff the store with enough employees to handle dine in, carry out, and drive through services. If you have time to kill, this is the place you want to wait. It will be months more before we try again. Good luck.
Nobody wants to work these days. After I worked all day I tried to stop by to grab a quick bite to eat only to be turned down an told sorry we're closed. They didn't close for 20 more min and there was a car in front of me in the drive through. It's just funny to me that a lot of people these days working fast food want more money an to change minimum wage but don't want to work.
This particular Arbys in Lake Wylie SC is consistently terrible. Gave it way too many chances and finally boycotting it. Employees are friendly but food is always like it sat out a long time before getting to us, cold and sloppily assembled.
Pulled up to the drive thru at 10:17pm on a Saturday night. Sign and Google clearly state that restaurant is open until 11pm. Was told they're closed and refused service.
Love the experience! Maria and her team was the meaning of excellent customer service! Food was fresh and it was quick to serve me! Thank you Arby's. Will be returning and telling friends and family.
