The manager Katy completely unprofessional about forgotten product. Refused to answer my questions. Very rude.
Spoke to the GM and was assured this would never happen again, very understanding of the situation and resolved it with kindness. My rating changed for that reason.
Had a quick lunch here today with my wife. She had the beef gyro and I had the rueben sandwich. Both were delicious. Service was friendly but a bit on the slow side but could have been since they weren't busy and were dropping fries as needed. We also had the mozzarella sticks. I really like the sandwich and wrap options on the menu.
We would return again.
I bought 1 Greek sandwich, and it was the cheapest tasting,Low quality Greek sandwich that I ever had. The sauce was made of cucumber and it should have been sour cream! The pita bread looked better than it taste. The meat had 37%of the taste=cheap! I won't ever buy another one. Very disappointed with Arby's. I've had the real thing from That's Greek to me. And it's good. Beef & lamb
3/5 stars. 2 stars better than 101st and Memorial location. Sometimes it takes too long to get your food and sometimes its cold right out of the bag but that doesnt happen too often here so its nothing compared to Memorial location, besides that no complaints pretty decent!
Slow slow SLOW drive thru for 1:30 in the afternoon. Could see employees casually moving around inside, so sense of urgency at all. Person who took order barely spoke.
It was a rainy night, so no other customers were there(not that there are any on regular nights) but I ordered their new bacon cheeseburger meal. The fries were hot(because I asked for no salt), the drink correct, but, the burger was sub-par; wet and mushy bread, a sprinkle of wilted lettuce, the bacon was undercooked, the patty was overdone- dry, and old. This is the last time I'm going, I mean there were NO OTHER customers! Why couldn't I get a freshly made burger?
Quick drive thru service. Awesome order accuracy. Fries were cold. Everything else was good.
There a great chain to go to. But the prices and stingy down sizing on items is what keeps me going more. The nuggets are better then the tenders in my opinion, less dry. If your shakes are coming out super light make sure to let them know, it means either the syrup is low or there calibration is off. The lemonades there are also pretty good!
