Worst Arby's I've been to. Sandwiches were sad to say the least. Buns burnt, half the beef as supposed to be, and hardly any cheese sauce. What ever happened to pride and customer satisfaction? Sandwiches look NOTHING like they advertise.
I went to this Arby's 2 times in the past 2 weeks. I ordered on the mobile app and my order was ready as soon as i got there. Great service, keep it up!
Order a large chocolate shake and not only did it shrink but it was so soupy and you could taste the powder in it. They used to be thick and creamy with a pleasant chocolate taste. That went down hill and worst than McDonald's shakes.
Do not come to this location stood in line for 10 minutes while two different people walked by me making eye contact didn't even try to take my order I was here at 11:00 in the morning terrible service do not come here!!
Ordered ahead online at 5:56. Set the pick up time for 6:15. Went to the drive up window at 6:09 to let them we were there and admitted I was a few minutes early. They said they didn't even have the order yet and told me to park in a spot and they would bring it out. 6:15 came and went. Nothing. 6:20 came and went. Nothing. 6:25 came so I went in. Mind you two cars had gone through the drive thru, and a third in the parking spot next to me, while I'm waiting. Our food was on the shelf. As I grabbed it the gal said did you have a pick up order. I said yes, this is mine. Then I said I thought you were going to bring it out to the car. She said, oh, we just completed it. This is the second time in this same thing happened. It WILL NOT happen a third time!
Was served by a manager named Veronica I believe and was so impressed by the food quality and service I demanded we return here on our way back from our trip the next day to still be impressed by food and service. An absolute 10/10 and in the least likely places. Can't wait to return again.
I ordered the prime rib small combo with a cheese cup and a natural lemonade. When I got to the window, the guy didn't really seem friendly jus told me my total n seemed bothered, I would have expected that kind of attitude from a busy line but it was just me in DT. Then I give him the cash but I don't get a thank you or smile or anything. So I brushed it off because we all have days n maybe this was his. He did ask me if I wanted a receipt but I declined (I'm thinking I should have took it now), but then I get back to work to eat my food and my cheese sauce looked old and like its been sitting forever, my natural lemonade had a funny taste to it (also tasted old), and my sandwich tasted nuked (chewy bread, no flavor, sketchy looking meat). I was definitely disappointed n will not make that attempt to try this location again. For 12$, I would have at least expected (at minimum) food that didnt taste, look, and feel. My stomach was turned off n barely ate any of it let alone drink their pricier lemonade. What a waste.. at least I could eat my fries.
Rancid mayo and served people behind us and all we had was a single beef and cheddar with gross cheese and crinkle fries! Would not go back!!
