I had a long, exhausting day, with two kids in tow, in sweltering heat. I stopped in to get some sort of icee or iced lemonade, and then saw the shakes on the menu. We purchased one medium chocolate, one medium vanilla, and one large orange.
The service was lightning fast, the order was correct, and everything was delicious.
So convenient and dependable.
Stopped in for a fast bite on our road trip and was helped by Lloyd. He was such a joy! Very nice and talkative! Had some good jokes. Thanks Lloyd
There's no way that this is not the worst Arby's in the state. Not that I go often but when I do, everything is usually better than the normal fast food options. Sloppy sandwiches dripping with an excessive amount of sauce, disproportionate meat distribution throughout the slices of bread, and a waiting time that was not indicative of "fast food".

Service is awesome, clean store and food is ......Arby's....your here...eat! Overall, an EXCELLENT place compared to what else you have for fastfood.
Two years ago my buddy, Ty, and I found ourselves in South Haven while driving back home from a wedding. We went to the beach, got a tan, and took pictures on the pier. After hours of hunger and suffering, we stumbled upon Arby’s. Little did we know that this was the greatest Arby’s of all time. To put it simply, it was the closest I have ever felt to heaven. Every bite I took caused a sudden shift in my behavior. My mind became open and left me to wander within my thoughts. The roasted beef paired with the crispy curly fries filled a hole in my heart that I thought would remain forever empty. This Arby’s has been in discussion for two years between me and Ty. We will be back. Doesn’t matter when or how. There is not a finer establishment in America than this Arby’s. Thank you.

Mobile app didn't work properly and the manager offered no help refused to fix the order.
Ordered online, didn't get what I ordered. Asked a manager how I could correct it, he said "You have to do it on the app, I don't know anything about the app" tried to correct on app, not allowed, only option was to message them. I will NEVER order with this app again, definitely will not return to South Haven Arby's, this manager was rude, actually turned his back on me while I was talking to him.
