I came here with my family over the weekend on a Sunday, it was fairly slow, so we were able to walk in and get our food within about five minutes. We were immediately greeted upon entrance, our order was repeated back to us, and the food was prepared fresh to order. They did an amazing job. I highly recommend this Arby’s location. Out of all the Arby’s I’ve been to this one did the best mozzarella sticks by far! I will be back again when I’m in town!
You wouldn't expect a gyro from a fast food restaurant to taste as good as the ones here do. The vegetables where nice and fresh too. Very reasonably priced for what you get.
Super disappointed. Mozzarella sticks are disgusting. Waited for a little while so thought we were going to get fresh food. Very inconvienient especially when I had to pay for a ride there
Went inside to eat, workers just looked at me and said nothing. Then I just ordered. After that mess, sat down to eat and not One! Table was clean. Had to clean it myself. Floor was pretty nasty.
Food was a 3/10 compared to the arrowhead road location. Not sure why. The cardboard box I got my sandwich in was sopping wet on the bottom. Not to mention the box itself was what I would consider crushed when I grabbed it from the bottom of the bag. Staff seemed a bit annoyed today too for whatever reason.
Food was ok at best. Service was very slow. Not busy at all. Inside was dirty tables and floor. Only 2 crew members working at 6pm.
Came through because I got some coupons in the mail to use. Gave the cashier (Chase) my coupons and card. He immediately put my card in the machine. I asked if he put my coupons on and he said yes. So I asked for a receipt to confirm he did, and he said he couldn’t give it to me right now and it would be in the bag (after I saw it print out). He asked me to pull forward and wait for my food (even though no one was behind me) and I waited for my food. He eventually came out gave me my food and ran away. Looked at receipt and didn’t take anything off with the coupons and he kept them. At least give me my coupons back if you’re not going to apply them. Would have went back through but was already late to where we needed to go.
came through for a jamocha shake... Definitely didn't have the coffee flavor... Maybe jus chocolate? definitely didn't satisfy. Oh well.
