Yesterday I ordered the 5 for $5 deal and I just went to eat one of the 2 sandwiches I had left, I noticed one of them looked a little smaller when I took them out of the bag earlier in the day but didn't think much of it. But I just went to eat it and it absolutely had no roast beef on it all (picture posted) I don't know if the girl making them was so involved with the conversation she was had with the dude working drive thru (who also bagged n handed me my order) or what. But, You definitely owe me a sandwich and if this store GM or direct manager is really sorry this happened n really wanting to make it right. They'll be giving me a gift card over $10. On top of replacing my sandwich.
My car broke down (disabled combat vet). The manager on site while I am eating interrupted my meal to tell me I needed to move my car which was not in the way of the drive-thru. Next threatened to call the cops because I wasn’t moving fast enough. I give a damn also about being banned from that store. You can’t give idiots power that’s what happens. I will go out of my way to remind everyone (my license plate says I am a war veteran) to never go there, and she was unprofessional and basically a jerk. Arby’s fire that woman immediately.
Worst food ever! First I only went there for the potato cakes. They were out. Two beef and cheddar, one curly fiy, one crinkle fry, 2 shakes 26.00!
Food is not edible. None of it.
It's fast food so in that regard it is what it is, however the staff was very friendly, I got the double beef & cheddar and it was stacked so full of meat I felt like I got more than my money's worth and everything was hot. I was even thanked for coming in as I walked up the door which doesn't happen often. Good job!
I hate doing this, because Arby's is one of my favorite fast food places....but........
This location has a problem with management. They either don't care about the food quality, or they are rude to customers. I was just there, picking up an online order, made with the Arby's app. I redeemed a free sandwich as a customer reward. I selected my reward, placed my order and paid for it. When I picked it up, there was no free sandwich and I was told if I didn't know how to order online, I should just go somewhere else.
So.... Guess which location will NEVER get my buisness again.
The attendant was very friendly, however, our sandwiches were wrong. We ordered regular roast beef sandwiches and got beef and cheddar, which I don't like. There was hardly any meat on my sandwich. We paid $23 for 2 meals that the main part was wrong and next to no meat on the one.
Our food was perfect. I want to know why I didn't see any advertisements for the Mac and cheese bites? They were the BEST Mac and cheese bites!!! Absolutely delicious!
Whoever was working drive thru on Dec 9th around 5pm, went above and beyond with service. Give them a RAISE!!!! My jamocha shake was heaven in a cup! 5 stars, 10/10 would recommend!
Management was on phone the entire time while the staff were scrambling about of getting both outside and inside orders done, really short staffed deserves better management
