Picked up the wife from work for lunch. There was a few people there but it wasnt too busy. The line moved fairly quick and our cashier was very attentive. Our food came out hot and fresh. What really stood out from our visit was the excellent customer service. We'll definitely be back.
Edit: Maria the cashier is a great worker.
A Arby's Roast Beef Sandwich is always a excellent choice. Along with the excellent service at the Bullhead City Arby's! I received. They were out of self service Arby's sauce and I let them know. I returned to my table and within a few minutes I see they were refilling the sauces . I thought I would be told they were ready but to my suprise Conner walked over to my table and brought me a cup full of Arby's sauce. That is what you call first class service! Thanks Arby's Bullhead city for the excellent Dining experience from start to finish .
Been here 8 times in last month. Surprisingly Good each time. Staff is great! Everyone is happy, helpful and working.
Food is good and freshly made. Our orders are correct. The high point is every visit the whole store is sparkling clean and in order. Very impressed, hope it doesn't change.
The food is great, and the services are excellent. Today, I just ordered 3 different sandwiches. Double Roast Beef, Corned Beef Reuben, and Greek Lamb Gyro. Service is fast. 5 star well deserved.
Love eating here. Their Roast beef sandwiches are delicious. Would recommend them to whoever was looking for a good sandwich.
8:18 pm go through the drive thru, no one is behind me and 5 minutes later still no one pulled in but the cashier rushed me and reminded me 3 times that they were being timed right now. Corporations forget that I'm the paying customer! It's ridiculous that I had to park out front wasting my time as it takes longer for an employee to walk out with the order than to pass it thru a windows. I can understand being asked to pull out front if there's even 1 car behind me and I don't mind being courteous but this is uncalled for! I ordered 4 beef and cheddar sandwiches and 2 pieces of potato cake so it wasn't even a big order. I won't be coming back!
The staff here is always amazing have never had an issue eating here. Great team Missy thank you for the outstanding service from you and your staff!!
There aren't many Arby's left. Catch a French Dip while you still can! The Bullhead City staff is very friendly. Highly recommended.
