Absolutely love me an Arby's. Clean, orderly location. Quick service. Fairly quiet. Nothing to complain about!
Food was horrible , service sucked! I went thru the drive-thru this morning around 8am. There was no one els in the drive thru behind me or in front of me; and there was no one in the lobby. So it was just me. I ordered 2 beef and cheddars and a water. Very simple. Tell me why I waited 10 minutes for 2 of the most basic sandwiches you have. The lady working, a young girl with a blond braid, didn’t give me my water til she gave me the sandwiches. Then after waiting for way to long for 2 sandwiches, I bite into the first one and it is cold. The beef on half of it being hard and inedible. The 2nd one was the same. Rediculus! I don’t recommend anyone going to this location! At least not in the morning when these people are working!!
They are having a power outage right now. I used my Arby’s coupons and had to call (the very nice) customer service line to get my order and coupons refunded. They can’t help the power being out- but it was low key a pain ???? The guy was nice but definitely seemed like they didn’t have any sort of plan to get kinks ironed out.
Worse experience ever at this local Arbys, i ordered 2 BBQ sliders. When i got them, one had all the BBQ sauce all over the wrapping paper and minimum inside the sandwich. The other came frozen, completely cold. I went back to get it worm, they gave me a new one because they could not received the one i had, but the new one felt like they took it out of the freezer and put it in the microwave. Horrible taste and the person was in a hurry. Bad service and bad taste, i love Arbys but what a bad experience today.
They messed up on an order for my family. It was literally 40 minutes to close. Didn't make a single sandwich, correct and have forgot some drinks. They corrected it timely in the morning. And everything was all well. Try to stay away from night shift lol
We came in to pick up an online order and discovered that we'd put in the order for the wrong Arby's but they filled our order anyway and were super nice. The food was fresh and hot and exactly as ordered. Thank you!
Food was awesome. Restaurant was clean. Staff were friendly. Overall, a great experience.
Arby's is a family favorite! Even my grandchildren love Arby's! Consistently good, fresh food!
