We ordered the brisket sandwich ....it took us a while as the lady didn't even bother to acknowledge or least smile ..nothing....as her shift was over and was leaving....we had to wait for another staff who was equally unfriendly and disinterested.
No customer service
Even the brisket was sparse in the sandwich...to top it all the soda machine wasn't working!!!!
Now I know why chicfill a is always super full!!!!
Horrible
One of the sandwiches was cold compared to the others.. all sandstorm that had roast beef were light on meat compared to the Arby's I usually go to. Staff on drive thru was super friendly but lobby was locked at about 630pm...
I genuinely did not know it was possible to move this slowly. 3 cars in line and no one has moved in 20 minutes. Took 5 mins to get can get someone in the speaker.
Good evening I dined in today around 5pm with friends and family and the manager on duty Mr Key was very fast and the food was amazing 10/10 we enjoyed ourselves before we headed back to San Francisco!! Thank You so much Mr Key !!
Denaya (sorry if I misspelled) deserves a raise! She was kind & patient when I wasn't sure what to order & when there was an issue, she handled it immediately. She's also running the front & drive thru at the same time, which is quite impressive. I hope her bosses realize what a gem she is!
By far the best Arby's I've had in a while. Everything was hot and fresh. Fries, mozzarella sticks, and Greek gyro.
I dropped by my local Arbys today. I go there occasionally and I’m usually very satisfied with the service and quality. They dropped the ball today. While the service through the drive through was very good. The chicken sandwich I received was a real let down. I didn’t notice what I had until I took a bite. Then I dawned on me that the piece of chicken was about half the size of the bread. Is this the new normal? It was bad enough that the new price for a small combo was almost $10.
They serve all the classic Arby’s food, which is obviously the reason I went. Here’s the butt in the story, one of the filthiest, fast food restaurants I’ve ever been to. Please clean this place.
