I got a kids chicken tender meal for my daughter, and she told me it was gross and didn't like it. So, me being the curious mom, I took a bite of one of them, and it tastes like complete freezer burn, and it was hard to chew! The fries tasted like they were sitting under the warmer for an hour. I used to love this location, but they have laxed big time!
The girl at the drive thru was very rude to me. I can’t hear very well and I gave up and tried to go inside and the manager was locking the door as I arrived and I explained the girl was rude and she told me that I needed to act like an adult because that was a child. Okay well your child needs an upbringing. The manager came at me and I thought she was about run up on me. My partner came between us in case she went crazy. She just kept running her mouth. Never. Again. That’s just crazy….. people are crazy…..
This location has some very disrespectful employees and management. The manager was very rude and nasty with me for wanting a refund on my order, another employee was video recording me without my consent (legal actions will be taken). You look at the photos and you tell me if you'd pay $16 for this meal. The large fries were not half full, the burger had maybe 2 slices of meat. Not to mention I didn't even get a large drink with a LARGE MEAL! The manager was ugly and said "everything is made by weight" You can't tell me this is the proper weight on a $13 burger! The burger alone costs $13. Arby's will definitely be getting a suit filed against them for the conduct of the manager and employee recording me without my consent! There are cameras inside the restaurant for instances like this. That employee has no purpose or business recording me without consent. I asked the manager for her name and the employees name, and she tried to play the victim! The Manager told me to leave and never come back or she would have me arrested. I'LL NEVER GO BACK! No worries. It was absolutely disgusting,uncomfortable and unprofessional the way I was treated as a costumer.
Super good and fresh sandwich! I dined in; fries, though crispy, could have been hotter; they were like the temperature of Togo fries when you got home... Still great though!
Rude and unprofessional. Drive thru employee, Jabria, wouldn't talk louder than a mumble, so I couldn't hear or understand her. She then got an attitude because I needed her to repeat herself multiple times at the speaker so I could understand what she was saying, which I figured was an important part of placing or taking an order. Then she gave me more of an attitude when she couldn't remember my order when I got to the window, which she had just taken over the speaker box. They weren't busy. I was the only customer there at the time, so there's not even the excuse of being super slammed or in a rush. This is the 3rd time I've dealt with rude customer service from this place, and is the 2nd time it's been with the same employee. I'm sick of it. If you don't like doing customer service, then quit and find something else to do.
Today, 8/2/2024, between 9:10 and 9:20pm, my family and I tried to order food at the Prattville Arby's, which used to be the best fast food restaurant in town. We used to ring the bell (IYKYK) after every visit because it was so good. Well, their once stellar customer service is a thing of the past. I've ignored problems the last two times I went, but I'm not letting this experience slide.
First problem: the sign on the door says lobby is open until 10pm. Nope. Locked tight at 9:10pm. One employee in the lobby laughed at me when I tugged at the door, and the lady working drive-thru shrugged.
Second problem: I should've left the , but my kid was hungry, so DT is was. The lady on drive thru asked if my coupon was expired. While I was trying to find the date, she kept cutting me off. I asked her to let me look. She cut me off, and I asked her to please let me talk. I read off the date, which was 8/31/2024 and she audibly sighed, as if she was upset that she actually had to take my order.
Third problem: I began to order, saying I wanted two of the 2 for $7 gyros (the coupon said a limit of three). She said, okay, which two do you want? I tried to say I wanted four total, but she cut me off. With undeserved attitude she said, "I know you want 4!"
I will not be yelled at, nor will I ever go back to this location. No wonder the parking lot is always empty these days. Truly sad and disappointing. I hope new management is hired ASAP, or Arby's will be the next in the long line of store closures in this town.
The fried turkey sandwich was excellent. While I am not sure of the young lady who helped me. She too was excellent.
Customer service is trash. I sat in the drive thru for at least 5 minutes waiting with a screaming baby in the back seat for someone to come over the speaker. I then thought maybe the drive thru was closed so I called their phone at 8:51 p.m. and asked “hi i was just wondering if the drive thru was open” and the person who answered, huffed and hung up on me and then before I pulled off I saw the person behind me get out and go into the lobby and someone came over the speaker and at that point I didn’t want the food. Just pure laziness. If you don’t want to deal with people, find a different job and you can reply and apologize and send a link for HR but keep it. I can see that’s all is ever said on y’all’s reviews so obviously nothing will be done.
