Was in there on 11/09/2024 around 7:15 pm and I witnessed the cook touching on a scheduled clip board and other things then without washing hands or gloves grab bread, cheese and chicken with no gloves! I will never eat here.
***9/2024*** Most rudiest customer service from this location.. Despite that they saw I had a free coupon from calling in and complaining, it did no good... One of them was the general manager. I'm officially done with this location. You SHOULD NOT come here.. You've been warned!
Can't change the fact that the food is good. Hours seems to have changed. Opens at 1030 despite google and the time displayed on the window. Gotta wait until employees finish smoking before you can order
No complaints going through the drive-through friendly and patient service. The food was hot! My family was pleased with the fast food here. Sharable sizes!
Food was very standard fast food quality. Only went there because we had some coupons. They only had two employees working so service was very slow.
Worst experience I've ever had at this location in my 20+ years. Beef and cheddar with no cheddar or sauce, cold fries, and rude customer service. I'm done. Do not recommend.
I was very disappointed with the crispy chicken sandwich. The McChicken at McDonald's was bigger than the chicken sandwich at Arby's. I paid $6 for that small little thing and I could have went to McDonald's and paid $1.69 for the same thing!
This Arby’s is very clean and well put together Latrice showed me great hospitality she gave me fresh food and everything was on point thank you Latrice ❤️
I love their roast beef. Wish they still had the 5 for $5 though.
