Came here for the new wagyu steakhouse burger. Burger was meh, left a lot to be desired. Also ordered the Mediterranean chicken wrap. Also meh and wrap was falling apart.
Employees were friendly but service was slow. Dining area was clean but had flies all over the place. Flies were so bothersome that I opted to eat in my ride after finishing my first sandwich.
The food was good. The service was lacking, we had to ask an employee who was sitting at the table using his vape if someone could help us. There was another employee there who was in the back who didn't seem happy customers were there. Another gentleman came in and asked for something and was rudely told that it wasn't available, when he walked out the employee locked the door behind him with us inside.
we are out of towners and stopped to get a meal. first thing we noticed was there were no other cars in the parking lot. went inside and a male and female employees were sitting at a both. heard them arguing about which one was going to get up and serve us. male came around the counter and looked at us like we were a real bother. said hello to him with no response. we just left. now we understand why there was no cars in the parking lot.
Ok so first thing at the drive through the person on intercom has zero patients. Was with fiance and 2 teenage girls and the lady taking order seemed to be rushing us. I asked what soft drinks they had, since it just said it wasnt on menu the lady gets mad told me the drink the had and told me it was on menu. I nicely replied it wasnt and pullec around. No one was at window then. Finally she shows up and is telling the management that they needed to fix it. Instead of appoligzing for her rude behavior the continued to be abnoxious and rude then got even worse when i asked to make sure she gave us sauces. And treating us as though simply going there we were jerks. We had driven 35 miles just to eat there like we have several time. We will not do that again. In fact ill have to be very hungry to go there again period. If i wanted to pay for over priced food, and rude service from someone who only cares about taking my momey id visit
my exwife.
Had the classic beef and cheddar. Terrible. The beef had no taste and the sauce was merely a faintly sweet catsup.
Always a classic meal and never a wrong time for beef and cheddar, only wish that my local arby's would give us a little something to vibe to when dining in... atmosphere is really bland and boring.
Mistie is the rudest lady to ever work at a restaurant. Do not go to Arby’s if you want quality service. Has to be the worst experience I have ever had. If you don’t want to work just find somewhere else to work. Stop treating customers like garbage. We pay your check homie.
Undoubtedly my worst fast food restaurant experience ever! Nevermind the flies everywhere in the dining room, our food took near 20 minutes, then was warm (not hot), and prepared wrong in every way. I won't even bring up the poor quality... The worst was the staff locked us in because they were short-staffed. Another customer called the police because after that occurance, they would not return their money (before food was given). Disgusted!!
