Worst customer service today!!!It’s always great when, I usually come in, but today was horrible…. I asked for no cheese and they added cheese and charged me extra…. Had to dig at the bottom of the bag, I’m sure it got all my food contaminated with no gloves and handed my order a mess… fries was spilled all over the bag…I took it back to get my money back… and I got shorted by change…. Worst manager on line today I’m not coming back if his working there…claresey or what every his name is big mexican guy…
Really great customer service in the drive through. Employees are so pleasant and care about your food. I go regularly during lunch, it's always fresh and good. Appreciate it
when shared a mistake they made they got rude and nasty and tried to take a picture of me with their phone and refused to correct the mistake. UNPROFESSIONAL way to handle customer service
I ordered 4 roast beef sandwiches. No toasting the bread. When I got the order, buns were toasted. I don't know if I wasted my time going there, or did so ordering to my preference. Has been several years, since last time there. Looks like may be several more, if ever. Arrived hungry. Left hungry. Settled for Dillons salad bar.
They forgot my nuggets when i had a small order, but unfortunately, I didn't notice until I got home, I called and explaind and had to drive all the way back, and when I did, the lady at the drive thru gave me a small and not so fresh order of nuggets when I ordered a large. At this point, I just won't be coming back for a while.
Went in mid afternoon no service at all . One person sitting outside on cellphone, inside talking in the back one came out pulled the fries out went back no acknowledgement or service.
Mozzarella sticks were Luke warm. But fries were great
