Bought 2 chocolate shakes. They are practically vanilla, can't even taste any chocolate.
Absolutely love the crew at this location. They are always the nicest at customer service. They have never acted like adding my fried onions to anything I ordered was a trouble for them. They have even surprised me by adding a small cup of them to my order bag . Ty for making the small things count .
Sometimes you just need a beef and cheddar from Arby's. I was a little disappointed to find that they have about half of the roast beef on them than they used to. I could swear the beef is shaved thinner as well. The bun was flat and squishy. Just not the same any more. Tasted like bun.
Went there at 11am on a Friday for lunch. Received friendly, prompt service from Lydia. She was great. Ordered the Grand Turkey Club with potato cakes and a vanilla shake. Hubby ordered the large roast beef sandwich with curly fries and a fountain pop. Both sandwiches were well-made, not sloppy, and piled high with meat. The sides were hot, crispy and freshly made. The pop had proper syrup to water ratio and good carbonation. The vanilla shake was smooth and creamy and cold. The only miss is that my sandwich dripped water the entire time I was eating it. The lettuce and tomato didn't seem wet from rinsing so I'm thinking the mayo was separating due to the warmth of the meat. Also, the shake has quite a large amount of whipped cream topping, so if you don't care for whipped cream then order without. The dining area was clean and the condiments and napkins stocked. Quiet, pleasant atmosphere. I would go there again.
Cold fries, dried up chicken sandwich, and a sloth would move faster than the manager, even better I had to walk thru his cigarette smoke when I left because he chose to take his cigarette break at the MAIN ENTRANCE
It takes a little long to get your food, but it is always hot, and the service is always great.
This has to be literally the worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to in my life. They consistently lack staff. They have 15 to 20 minute weights at the speaker and people just sit there with nobody taking their order. It’s literally like that the last three times I went. I will never go back to this Arby’s. Utter trash.
Super friendly staff and prompt service. I’m on the road a lot for work and visit many places. I appreciate the cleanliness as well as the kept up bathrooms. Food was fresh and hot! Thanks!!
