I did a mobile order, and needed a special accommodation on my sandwich that the website wouldn’t allow, so I called in. The manager (Jared “captain of the ship ????) on staff is amazing, very polite, friendly, and accommodating, personable and a joy to talk to. He took special notes to get my order correct and didn’t make me feel stupid. I haven’t had Arby’s in years, but being pregnant it’s like my first craving.
Have been in several times because we like to eat lunch early and they open for lunch prior to 10:30. It's not uncommon for doors to still be locked and to be told they are not quite ready. This last visit was it for us. Door locked at 1010 once in we were told we'd have to wait. The older guy was so disinterested in helping us he was rude. Then the food came. How can the fries be cold and the roast beef was obviously from the day before, black and literally hard. GROSS
They loaded up the classic roast beefs even though we got them 4 for $10, most locations will skimp on them when they are on special. Never had the buffalo chicken sandwich and was pleasantly surprised. Only 4 stars because none of their tables were clean and we had to wipe them down ourselves. Also none of their sauce pumps had anything in them. Not good or bad but the the urinal was in pretty rough shape for being a pretty new restaurant.
Went there this afternoon. I was quite impressed with the chicken bacon swiss. Look as they advertise, just like the picture on the menu. Definitely have my business... Always good quality items. Bravo
At 1:09.52, I was at the drive thru of Arby's to order 4 for $10 Classic Roast Beef. Received for Classic Roast Beef sandwiches and FOUR WHOLE SAUCES; 2 Arby sauces and 2 Horsey sauces. next time before I leave the window I will make sure I have 4 Arby sauces and 4 Horsey. The cashier at the drive thru was a super nice guy, he just didn't get it when I requested the sauces.
Grub hub kept delaying my order, so I went there to pick it up. They re-made my meal and my kids. The staff was friendly and they treated me and my aunt with respect. I will definitely go back to this location again!
As far as late night drive thrus in Yulee, Arby's can't be beat with their efficiency, quality control and customer service. If there's a wait for fresh food, generally you're treated like a human instead of being ignored, they ask you how you are and talk to you while you're waiting for your meal, they check your order and ask you right before they hand you your bag which sauces you needed to verify you got the right ones and you know your meal is piping hot and you have what you need when you pull away. Joseph gets it right every time, knows me by my voice, and always seems genuinely glad to serve me. Not to mention his killer, smooth radio voice all keep me coming back for my monthly fix of Jalapeño bites and peach lemonade.
First ever visit. I familiarized myself with the menu. Much to my surprise, they served a BLT. Placed my order, and in a very x short time, I was served a very delicious sandwich and French fries. The store was clean and quiet. After I finished my meal, I went up to the counter, thanked them for a delicious meal, and told them I would be back.
