Classic roast beef had the amount of meat for a slider. Four crew members that weren't working were talking & giggling so loud near fryer & drive thru that I couldn't hear the cashier that was taking my order. Very disappointed.
The chicken was fried too hard. This CHICKEN BACON SWISS SANDWICH
is not worth the menu price of $5.69. I ONLY ordered this sandwich because of the 2 for $5 coupon that came in the mail. My husband got the CLASSIC CRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICH. This CHICKEN BACON SWISS SANDWICH is something I wouldn’t buy again; even if I had a coupon for it.
I asked for extra barbecue sauce and pickles. And he definitely gave me enough. It was delicious.
I went to Arby's in Covington Georgia and ordered a sweet tea. I was given a cup with the word TEA written out on the lid with a black magic Marker by the manager at the drive-thru. I thought this was so tacky,disrespectful, unprofessional and intentional. This makes me want to know who is training these managers? Maybe what is needed cannot be taught. I did not expect this from a leader. Management, please do better. Bad for business. Customers will seek service elsewhere.????????
This location has always been pretty good. The service was great this evening. I loved that it was basically empty! I'm addicted to all of the sauces that you can get for FREEE!!
I was rushed placing my order. Customer service was horrible. I purchased a salad and a sprite, I didn’t eat or drink either. The lettuce looked like it had been sitting for a long time. The chicken looked like it was just thrown on top. Terrible experience.
Went to this location last night and ordered a chicken ranch sandwhich, got home took a bite and the chicken was raw inside. I live about 20 minutes from this location so I did not go back. It made me sick to my stomach biting into and chewing raw meat!!!! I would have given it no stars if possible. I will not go back to this location! How do you not cook the chicken??? Isn't it on a timer???
I paid $35.00 for a meal. I asked for extra arby’s sauce.. I was given 5.. one extra.. I would have paid for more. I called back to talk to manager about it and the female was cussing saying the f.. word. Very angry tone. It’s just that I have a blood clot in my leg and my mother is bed bound. I couldn’t leave home again.. I just wish the young man could have done his job right.. they also left the phone on the counter.. I could hear them cussing. After I hung up my phone their’s continued to be busy when I tried calling them back. I never spoke to manager. My chicken tenders was very hard also.
