Staff was very nice and attentive to me and those before and after me. It was immaculately clean inside. The dining room is massive but the order counter is kind of tucked behind a wall when you first enter.
This was so sad. Arby's has really fallen off. Ordered roast beef and cheese sandwhiches. Beef was good, but the cheese was so thin that it was hardly noticeable. Also ordered jamoca shakes, which was the only thing that raised this from 1 star to 3.
They had minimal staff. The wait to order was about 8 minutes, but the food came out within 20 minutes, HOT and fresh. Unfortunately, they were out of tomatoes, they didn't tell us, they just gave us a tomato-less sandwich.
If your gonna offer jalapeno poppers on door dash and are unwilling to put broncoberry in the god damn bag. At least put it on the doordash app for us to order the broncoberry sauce on the side. Idk how many God damn orders I have gotten without the sauce.
It's 97 degrees today. I have my own cup. Showed the women. I asked if I could get some water. Manager tells me it's $1.00. Mind you it's not bottled water. It's from the tap. Way to be a kind human. You suck. Will never spend a single penny in your restaurant ever again.
***Went next door to Carl's Jr. Asked manager if I could fill my cup with water. Her response was oh yes please and points to the fountain soda area. Go to Carl's Jr folks. They believe in kindness.
We stopped for dinner. Unfortunately my experience wasn't so great. I ordered a bourbon chicken and got a cold sandwich except for the chicken itself, I also ordered loaded fries and a large drink.
I really enjoyed the loaded fries. There was plenty of cheese, Plenty of bacon, plenty of sauce, and it was hot and delicious. The other thing that I enjoyed about my meal, was that arby's has diet Dr Pepper. Diet Dr Pepper is not so easy to find these days, and so when I ordered my meal and got my drink was I happy to find the diet Dr Pepper.
The arby', like most modern day fast food establishmenys, has the requisite bathrooms, tables, chairs, double doors, lighting, and hard floors. It even has free parking, handicap parking, handicap tables, a large marquee for understanding what food is available even for the sited-impaired like myself, so we can see what's available.
Unfortunately even with all these wonderful things that Arbys has, I did not care for the sandwiches, and that's what I came for. So, Arby's I'm sorry you only get 2 stars, and I give you that because of your wonderful fries and your drinks. Thank you for those things.
the bread to my sandwiches were hard and Stale. Arby's workers probably st 4 to 6 hours before and then threw them in the microwave. I eat from this place regularly worst serving they have ever giving me. I will be complaining to everyone hoping it will change for the better, from some reason I doubt it
I do not eat at Arby's often. So I gave it a try. Turkey bacon ranch please add swiss cheese, charge me twice because I want a lot of Swiss cheese. One would think this is an easy order. They put cheddar in the order, not Swiss!!!!! Took the sandwich back to the counter. They could not understand what my issue was because the order said cheddar. They put cheddar on it. I straight up told them, the problem is I said Swiss not cheddar. Still this confused them. If you don't like swiss cheese, Arby's is an okay place to eat.
