I've been to this Arby's a few times and it is always unbelievably slow. My visit today took over 25 and there was only one car in front of me at the drive thru. They told me to pull to the side but after my order, after 25 minutes I realized they had forgotten completely about me and had to get back in the drive thru, and of course my food was ready and just sitting there cold...
The food was far from being fresh. The "Premium" chicken nuggets were dry and hard as rocks, and the curly fries were only slightly above room temperature. My guess is that the chicken nuggets were at least an hour old. The sandwiches were only slightly above room temperature. It might have been 6:30-7:00 pm on Saturday Nov 10th; why be open if you are going to serve garbage. $25 for two people to have inedible dinner; I do not recommend this establishment nor will I ever go back to this establishment.
customerservice is terrible and the workers are unprofessional. they always have attitude and very impatient when taking orders or addressing correcting orders. I liked my food but I hate going there for the service I'll go to another location
Jailah at the Arby's in South Parkway was very rude. When I pulled up to the window, no one said anything for a while, so I just said, " Hello?" She replied with," I can hear you. If I'm not speaking to you, you just have to wait. "
When I asked her, " how are you doing?"
She said " you don't need to know all that. Just order"
I pulled up to the window and just stayed silent and gave her my card and she was still very upset for some reason. There was no hello, thank you, here's your card. Nothing. She also made my car and food smell like weed since it was so strong on her clothes.
My macaroni bites were also burnt. Unedible. Terrible experience. Will not be back.
The food was good but the strawberry lemonade tasted fermented or something like beer was in it im not sure if the container needed to be cleaned or what but it was very off
I don’t know if you guys had a bad day or whatever, but it was not cool for your window person to have such a nasty attitude and then I come home to realize my food is burnt.
You should be ashamed serving burnt food !!!! Abby's is NOT A CHEAP place to eat so product should reflect that !!!! Big inconvenience to get inedible food !
Place was clean, counter service was prompt, food served quickly. Just what I've come to expect from our local Arby's!
