The good parts: bun was excellent and service was fast. The bad the corned beef wasn’t that good. I didn’t expect New York deli quality but it was underwhelming. The biggest disappointment was the fries. The curly fries were barely half full and some were regular fries. I know being the fry person is a thankless job because I did it in high school. I can say I never filled a box half full so pretty poor effort.
The manager was rude when we came through around 8 on a Saturday after paying about 50.00. You think at least you would get a fake smile ????
I realize that typically fast food places don't get the best reviews, but I've never been to one where EVERYTHING was wrong with my order. They put cheese sauce on my roast beef sandwich when I wanted just the classic roast beef, they forgot to put my fries in the bag, my apple turnover was actually a cherry turnover, and my drink was just carbonated water because they needed to change the syrup. But if that's not enough, the real reason I'm writing this review is because while I was sitting there waiting on my order, a lady came in who had gone through the drive through and she was missing two items as well. They obviously don't listen, don't read, or don't care at this location.
This place is a joke. My husband and myself (I work in a deli) will never go back due to the way they made my sandwich, meat and cheese were not even on bun, then when a replacement was asked for the person put enough sauce on it for three sandwiches, this occurred as the individual making it was laughing. When my husband asked to speak to the manager, who was also laughing in the back, was made to feel that the complaint was not being taken seriously, we asked for our money back and only received a portion of it. The worst part was that there was not anyone else that they were serving in the drive through or inside. Extremely poor management and employees. They all need to be replaced.
Service was good, food was good, great specials and coupons. Best fries!
Thought we would try this Arby's Spring Hill once again disappointed !! order Big Cheesey Bacon Deluxe Burgers and two Classic Roast beef after ordering it was brought to our attention they had no bacon they refunded my card $1.20 lol and actually that was OK. The real kicker here was after getting home the buns we're BURNT wished there was a way to attach a picture lol So I called the store to speak with the manager to let her know so she could put a face on the review this is how she replied "Thank you."
Thank you Spring Hill Arby's for making my decision not to return an easy one..I can not recommend this place.
One of the managers, Maples, is extremely rude and unprofessional for no reason. She has no problem making you wait if you are DoorDash and doesn’t treat you much better with ordering on the app.
Food was absolutely gross. Drink was old no flavor. Now I see why you all have a 2.0 yelp rating. I won’t be back. Fries were fresh tho
