I just bought a gyro and it was delicious! I expected the flat bread to be cold and the meat lukewarm but I was definitely wrong!!! The meat was steaming hot and veggies were fresh and bread was warm and soft! I will definitely be coming back through here for the food and great customer service from Michelle.
Very polite staff, this location always has fresh food, polite workers, all the employees always clean and super friendly. I don't mind waiting for fresh food ever and I've worked my share of food industry I understand busy times and cook times. Just seemed this one time wait was a bit linger than usual and didn't notice significant rush of people. However, again...I WANT TO FOCUS ON HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS ARBYS THEIR FOOD AND STAFF. MY daughter and I have never had a wrong order or missing items . We will be back soon
Food was fresh and hot. The woman at the drive thru window was polite and helpful. They did forget to put a sandwich in the bag. Our fault for not checking bag, but we didn’t notice til we got home. Had to drive back for the sandwich. The fish was small but the fries were good. The curly fries were on point. The beef and cheddar sandwich was loaded and good. The cheese sticks were warm and crunchy. I will be back to try other menu items ????
Arby's Big game burger is terrible!!!! I have never tasted a burger that bad and only took 2 small bites and couldn't eat anymore, it was that bad. My wife said her Philly cheese steak was terrible as well and took a bite of my burger and said it was bad also. Chicken bites and shake were good but curly fries were old and little pieces mostly and fried macaroni was not good. I will not be coming back to any Arby's
Walked in and it was completely dead. Not one customer in or through drive-thru. Waited 10 minutes for someone to show up. When the ring man did, big lack of customer service. No greeting. No smile. Just a "what can I get you"?.. Food took long. Jalapeno poppers tasted like fish ???? did not eat them. The 1/2 pound I ordered was a bit dry and looked old. Lobby, dirty. Asked for a rag to clean the one we sat in. The young man came to clean it then left. Didn't even bother to actually clean the lobby. Then their Air Conditioning doesn't work inside and the thermostat says 82°inside!! I was sweating! It Really really sucked!! The manager said it's been broken for months?? Wow! Arby's has always been a place of a treat for me. And it's sad how low it's gone.
More BANG for your Buck...The toofer special?? Always Mixed reviews on Arby's....we probably only eat Arby's once or twice a month based on location...this time we had the new $7 twofer special (I named it that)....you can choose any two sandwiches for $7. We're hitting all time high inflation so this was the most bang for our buck. Spent $22 for three adults...The cheddar and roast beef is good(Arby's melt?) and I don't remember what the other was called but I did have a photo of it..oh yeah the lamb gyro (eew)
I guess....um no...not sure about that one...i guess it's the texture I have an issue with it...
was too wet sogging up the bread....also had a chicken sandwich slider and chicken nuggets or bites(eh)...the crinkled French fries were horrible, didn't taste hot or fresh and needed salt. May try the curly fries instead next time. No drinks and no desserts and limited items gets three stars. Good service at the window. The drink machine wasn't working(probably parts on back order thanks to the war in Taiwan)...could this be the start of the apocalypse? Naaaahhh....
I went through the drive through, only option right now.
Ordered 2 kid's meals.
The roast beef slider kid's meal and the other was the chicken strip kid's meal.
The slider was good over all and the chicken tenders were way more than we expected.
We will return.
Oh, and the drink selection for the kid's meals, were Capri Sun and/or a fountain drink. NO MILK.
If not, a 5 star rating.
We shall return for the specials.
Oh!!! AND THE GUY IN THE DRIVE THROUGH SAID NO APP, SO NO ORDERING AHEAD OR CURBSIDE DELIVERY.
I came through on lunch and discovered my order wasn't correct once i got to my destination. I spoke with the manager Eric and he corrected the meal without hassle or making me feel bad for bringing to his attention and replaced the meal for me. Basic customer service still exists at this establishment. A Unicorn today.Thank you. I highly recommend. Food was fresh and hot as always too.
